The upcoming US Senate race in Massachusetts is very important, but here's an interesting problem: I have been unable to find any real poll results (Rasmussan, Gallup, whatever) on this race.
There were lots of polls before the December primary election, showing how the 4 Dem candidates were faring against each other, but NONE afterwards.
Whenever there is a poll on the Boston Globe site, Brown is ahead by wide margins, but these are not scientific or reliable or objective polls.
Someone said that the mainstream media was sitting on the polls because they were heavily in favor of Brown, and the liberal Massachusetts media would not want to repeat this information – if it was in favor of Coakley, it would be on the front page every day.
We need to find out where the poll numbers are. Is anyone suppressing them? Can we get them released?
No journalists that I know of are asking these questions.
This election is SO important: it will take away Harry Reid's 60th vote!
The National media and TeaParty crowds need to get involved. So far, I've heard little if anything on this race anywhere.
The time is NOW to put Scott Brown on the radar!
These are high stakes, and it is being treated by the media (and the GOP) like a dog-catcher election!
Amazingly, most people in the state DON’T EVEN KNOW THERE IS AN ELECTION! If it had more coverage, the turnout would be bigger, which would help Scott Brown tremendously.
there’s no polling because anyone with a D after their name is going to win. I know absolutley nothint about that race but I’d bet the demhole wins 55 to 45 min

Have you got that right! First debate is on the radio, the second one streamed on the the TV station’s website only—to be broadcast on regular TV at 7 AM on Sunday!
This is a hugely Democratic state, but they’ve elected Pubbie govs quite frequently, have had some fairly close Senate votes in the past, and their current Dem gov is very unpopular.
Any coverage that the national pundits even could give could be useful in this tea-party era.
Both boston.com and bostonherald.com have articles today on the race.
Agreed but just think of the earthquake an (R) win in MA would be!!! Soetoro would have beaten Clinton’s feat. Clinton managed to lose the House for the first time in 40 years, Soetoro would manage to lose the most reliable Dim seat in the country. What a belated Christmas gift MA could give the country.
The Left simply cannot afford to let Scott Brown win. People would notice. People would start to think. It would shake the Left to their very foundations. They won't take that risk. Ergo: no coverage for Scott Brown.
I’m voting for Brown, but...really??? She’s gonna win with 60%.
It’s about getting the People out during a Special.....and the Unions are great at giving their members paid time off to vote.....not so easy for the rest of us.
That’s where tea-party type organizing could be very handy. It’s not only a special election where the frontrunner is expected to win—but it’s a special election in January where the frontrunner is expected to win.
A massive netroots/GOTV effort could actually give us a Republican Senator.
What kills me is that all of these staunch Irish Catholics will still vote for the pro-abort Coakley.
iirc in Kerry’s last election, he ran “unopposed” according to the Boston Globe.
Yet when I heard he had won, I looked it up and he won by 80%. Digging deeper I was amazed that the “unopposed Kerry”’s opponent had racked up 20%.
Imagine if the opponent had had media support!
They’ll do the same thing here, simply bury it to win.
My friend, you and a few other posters on this site have it right. Just because the odds are long for Scott Brown is no reason to declare defeat even before the voting has begun. So....big deal, what if you give you’re all and you end up losing. Better to lose fighting then to lose being a whimp defeatist. This election is bigger than Scott Brown. This election is for individual freedom, individual opportunity and individual competition and the future destiny of our children and grandchildren. Barack Obama is not a socialist, he is a sworn communist that seeks to harness us all under the control and direction of Big Brother government. Fools on this site babble defeat as they standby and let Obama and his ilk hang a government control noose around your necks. Better wake up folks, get your butts into gear and elect Scott Brown your next Senator. You will strike a blow for freedom that will be clearly heard around the world!!!! What a sad state MA is in. When I think of the brillant history MA played in our revolution and civil war, and I look at the folks in MA today my heart cries for freedom and liberty of what MA once was and the sad state of failed liberalism it has allowed itself to become today!!!! It does not have to remain that way. The power of change is in the hands of the voters in MA.

3 Conservative Scott Brown running for Ted Kennedy’s seat in Massachusettes, according to latest poll, is leading his DemonicRat opponent 67% to 32%. I would believe that Nancy and Harry will attempt to circumvent normal committee process in order to get a final version to a vote before the DemonicRats lose their fillibuster proof majority in the Senate.
Republicans MUST delay until after the January 19th election.
