Trained to be intelligent? Based on this one article I see a carer in politics for Jamie. How could someone so well trained in intelligence not offer there superiorly trained intelligence in the service of the poorly trained in being intelligent. I for one am grateful that highly trained law students continue to look out across the fruited plain and see nothing but semi-retarded hicks in desperate need of a master. I can only hope Jamie is attending an Ivy League school; they've done so well in providing quality leadership for this nation over the last 50 years.
Why spend hundreds of thousands if not millions to hide what is purported in the media to be valid?

A man supposedly so well learned, hiding his college records....why? You'd think he'd be proud of his accomplishments.
It's all about the lack of transparency that creates an environment of secrecy and suspension.
If it is ever found out, even years from now, that Barry was NOT a NBO, there should be open revolt against the ones who conspired to break the law.
The people, ordinary American citizens, protecting the integrity of the constitution, should find these people and arrest them.
Make sure they are held accountable, otherwise the constitution will be a dead document.
Sounds harsh? It is our duty as American citizens to protect our birth rite in the event these politicians, lawmakers, courts also perpetuate the usurping of the constitution by simply not acting to protect her with all vigor.

How do we know it hasn't?
Seriously: I understand that there is doubt about that financial figure. It gets repeated a lot, but there may be no hard evidence that Obama has spent that kind of money. I know there have been numerous court cases, so SOMEBODY is spending SOME amount of money arguing against people like Orly Taitz.
But all of that doesn't really matter: the controversy goes away when Obama shows his birth certificate. He won't.
Why?
Personally, though I remain agnostic on the question of Obama's birthplace and citizenship, and I strongly suspect he's got something to hide on that score, I fear it's a dead issue. At this point we could produce an 8mm home movie of the Zero being born under a Nairobi street sign and the government would simply go on as usual.

LOL. How does one become trained to be intelligent? I used to pull law students over from time to time. It was always a laugher as they tried to be assholes, and play Perry Mason roadside.
A friend of mine was a criminal defense lawyer, and one of the many wise things that he said was all that it took to be an attorney was money and time.
The title of his lecture was "Who's Your Daddy?" and it was to be about the muddled business of black paternity and how it's perceived within the black community.

I'm pretty sure that a Muslim would fully support any non-Muslim who wanted to murder their own children. Americans are overwhelmingly non-Muslim. I think any Muslim would be thrilled that Roe v Wade is the law of the land.
Of course, any Muslim would expect Muslims in the US to personally abstain from abortion. But that's quite a separate issue.

While I am no Birther and believe that Obama is constitutionally eligible (until someone shows me evidence otherwise), this piece does a really crappy job of addressing the relevant issues.

The President released his birth certificate (which was verified by the Hawaii Health Department) yet conspiracy theorists refuse to see logic.
The whole argument hinges on this tidbit right here. And as far as I know, it is false. We have not seen the long-form birth certificate and so we cannot say if Obama was, or was not born in Hawaii.
The question being asked (”Is he a natural born citizen?”) is a perfectly legitimate question. Obama has spent over $1M to avoid answering it.

Not only that, but, to the best of my knowledge, no Hawaiian agency has ever said that the digital image of the COLB that was posted online matches what they have on file. Not ever.

Look at the evidence. Then suppose that the author of this article is right, which is perfectly possible. THEN WHY would 0 still refuse to release his academic records?
1. One obvious reason is that they are not really that good; that he has been an affirmative-action case all along.
2. Another is that he illegitimately benefitted from scholarship aid intended for foreign students, by representing himself as Indonesian.
3. There also could be disciplinary or drug-related events in his past.
4. Few of 0’s contemporaries seem to remember very much about him, and those reports that we do have show him as basically lazy and not at all studious. His course-selections probably would indicate this.

Scales' father was an American serviceman stationed in the Philippines where he met Scales' mother. They married despite the fact that Scales' mother was pregnant with him at the time. In all probability, the court said, Scales was a product of his mother's previous relationship. However, he was born after Mr. Scales married his mother, and he was treated as Scales' son. Later, Scales was facing deportation because of an aggravated felony involving drugs. He challenged his deportation saying he was a natural born citizen. The court determined that natural born citizenship depends on the statute in effect at the time of the child's birth. Since Scales was born in 1977, he was a natural born citizen because a "person shall be a national and citizen of the United States at birth who is born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years." Id. at 1169; see 8 U.S.C. §1401(a)(7) (1976). Therefore, Scales was a natural born citizen despite the following: having been born in a foreign country, having been born to a non-citizen, having his American father later deny paternity (and prove non-paternity), and having claimed to be a citizen of the Philippines. Sounds like it is difficult to get rid of natural born citizenship. Let's examine Barack Obama's citizenship.

The ongoing “birther question” never quite gets the level of sophistication I’d like to see. A good case has been made
AGAINST the “magic bullet” nature of this inquiry, in that it’s seen by some people as the one thing that could discredit and then topple the entire Obama House of Cards:
the implication being that he is illegitimate in the first place, and that therefore EVERYTHING done in his name as President must be nullified, rolled back, negated.
LET’S REMEMBER THAT “ILLEGITIMACY” served as one of the Democrat’s cornerstones laid AT THE BEGINNING of the Bush Presidency, in order that that cornerstone would always be there as a “touchstone” that could get referred to over and over in order to “further” discredit or cast aspersions on Bush. My point is there were a million other things that both the Dems and Republicans could have emphasized to discredit Bush-—the Dems exploited ALL OF THESE IMMEDIATELY, the Republicans did only very grudgingly, not strongly enough, and very very slowly, but mostly were unwilling to highlight them at all, especially the out of control reckless spending........
Besides the possibility of Obama’s being “illegitimate” in the first place, is that the “Birther” issue is not something that just stands there on its own as a curious and vexing obstacle: it is JUST ONE MORE THING in an extremely troubling nexus of basic documentation and “human and paper trail” background data which is virtually ALL still a BIG BLANK. The ONLY thing I know of which has Barack Obama’s name on it was (supposedly) a piece written for the SUNDIAL, a Columbia U. student paper in the time period he was presumably a student there (1983), called “Breaking the War Mentality”. THat’s IT.
It’s ALL THIS, the lack of normal documentation which WE would have to provide to even get a JOB, that is finally what is so troubling about this President, and is the SOURCE that feeds into and is inextricably enmeshed in, the Birther issue, whether it is finally provable or not.
He is a CIPHER, and , considering what has been discovered about him for 11 months AS PRESIDENT, he is a cipher that is unlike any President any of us has ever seen: one who
“drops in on us” periodically to “check in” and make speeches,not as a President, but as a Messiah who has many flocks, the USA and its people just being one of them.
No where in this document is the phrase "natural born citizen". So Mz Freeze, try to and find some facts.
