The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 25% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-three percent (46%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -21

Michal Medved did a sobering piece on his show yesterday about the SNAP program (formerly known as Food Stamps), the effort by government to aggressively recruit more recipients, the swelling enrollment, and the disappearance of the stigma (which was all part of the name change). The danger that just enough of us will kick back and accept French Socialism is all too clear.

By the way, this is significant.
In January (1/26), 81% of African-American voters strongly approved. His high (4/1) was 84%. Even this November (11/25), African American voters gave him a 74% strong approval rating.
So this 58% rating is absolutely in the toilet for that demographic!
An reflects what the pollsters are being told, not what the interviewee actually is thinking. You don’t talk bad about your own family to strangers. Its just not done.

I am yet to see any elections, where the Republican candidate was solidly ahead in the Rasmussen polls and the Democrats solidly behind, where the Republican turned round and lost the elections.

Yep. He spent a year campaigning for the office and another year campaigning after he took office. People are sick of him. What could he possibly campaign on that anyone will believe. "Hope and Change" and "Yes We Can" are finished.

It’s only going to get worse.
For the first time in 30 years, Granny’s Social Security checks will decrease. Utility, food and property taxes have all increased over the past year, so inflation has increased. Yet, Seniors will see it for themselves in just a week or 2 that Obama is killing the economy.
His disapproval numbers should continue to increase. The Dem congress is obsessed with healthcare, while cutting Medicare and ignoring Granny. Seniors are very upset and will blame Obama, the Dem Congress and the illegal aliens which are loading up on Food Stamps for their kids. They see it every day in their local markets and Walmarts. While they have to pinch their pennies based on their decreasing Social Security checks.
