Obama Opens up Another Front

Despite his earlier rhetoric about ending the conflicts initiated by George W. Bush, and just a couple of weeks after collecting his Nobel Peace Prize, President Barack Obama gave the order for a military strike which was carried out against al-Qaeda terrorists in Yemen yesterday, in a major escalation of his administration’s campaign against that group. This according to a report by Democracy Now!’s Amy Goodman.

What the President is coming to realize after being in office for nearly a year, is that Islamic terrorists view him no differently than they did his predecessor; when they are routed from one place, they re-group, hydra-like, in another, and they are plotting, always plotting. Yesterday’s action against a pair of suspected al-Qaeda training camps, Goodman’s report continues, was an attempt to pre-empt “an imminent attack against a US asset [that] was being planned.”

If Goodman’s report is correct about Al-Qaeda’s plans for “an imminent attack,” then the President had no choice but to attack first.

Democracy Now!’s report glosses over that fact, and does not allude to the dangers of al-Qaeda’s regrouping in Yemen at all, in order to focus the bulk of its report on unsubstantiated claims of alleged civilian casualties in the operation. The important part of the story has become little more than a footnote, while the main focus becomes the typical attempt by that network to work an anti-American element into the piece...

Quoting from an ABC News report which provided the bulk of Goodman’s source material, Democracy Now!’s version emphasized the supposed death toll of civilians, gleaned from information supplied either by al-Qaeda itself, or an anonymous “human rights activist in Yemen”...

One thing I’ve never doubted is Obama’s hatred for Osama bin Laden. Why he is so stupidly relocating the Gitmo prisoners is illogical.

I thought the only good war to Obama was one involving the capture of bin Laden. Is Osama vacationing in Yemen?

They didn’t give him enough Prizes.

Time Magazine should have made him Man of the Year.

Huge amounts of monetary donations flowed from Saudi Arabia into his campaign coffers during the election - all laundered through a UBS bank located on the Madeira Isles.

I believe he is Muslim and desires a world-wide domination by Islam. He is using the Marxists for this purpose.

I hope you're being sarcastic. Obama is swahili for Osama.

I am 99.99 percent convinced that Barack Hussein Osama and his big, bull dyke beard of a wife were ululating and high-fiving each other during 9/11. Maybe even Ft. Hood.

Sure, you’re probably correct. But I repeat - his actions are illogical.

It is apparent that our adversaries have nothing to fear.
Our allies are screwed.

Zer0 has yet to define his foreign policy except to empower
radical Muslims.

Zer0 being a compulsive liar erodes what little influence he has abroad.

He hates Bin Laden because the Saudi royals hate Bin Laden. Once they find someone new to hate, then zero will hate them too.

Allow me to suggest another possibility.

Consider that The Usurper may, in fact be finding ways to involve the bravest and best of out troops in perilous, long-term operations overseas specifically so that their commanders will be unavailable here at home to keep the oaths they swore to uphold our Constitution against all enemies both foreign and ~domestic~.

He knows full well that Civil Unrest (possibly Civil War) may well be the result of his drunk-on-power congress and his own despotic rule. His administration has most likely profiled the possible responses of those who hold command positions (as opposed to the staff lackeys.)

Don't be surprised to see him involve us in more fronts and more operations that try the resolve and morale of our finest soldiers.

How is it that we have this type of information now and we didn't for 8 years of GW?

Or is this just fictitious info that is convenient propaganda.

"If Goodman’s report is correct about Al-Qaeda’s plans for “an imminent attack,” then the President had no choice but to attack first."

The irony, of course, is that if Israel were to do the same thing with Iran for the same reason, Obama would openly condemn Israel for its blatant "act of aggression."

Obama is an Islamist appeaser and we all know what the definition of an appeaser is: "someone who throws others to the wolves first hoping to be eaten last."

Sums this empty suit up quite nicely.
