EO: AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words "except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act" and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.
Here's the text of 2(c), which this EO now has applying to INTERPOL:
(c) Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.
An INTERPOL branch in the US now cannot be searched, it's files are not subject to legal subpoena nor discovery. If any branch of government wants to keep documents out of the hands of the court system, just hand them over to INTERPOL until the smoke clears.
INTERPOL will now be able to maintain files on US citizens.
By this EO, Obama has conferred diplomatic immunity upon INTERPOL, exemption from being subject to search and seizure by law enforcement, exemption from US taxes, and immunity from FOIA requests, etc.
Obama just declared INTERPOL records immune from search and seizure -- "The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable."
Does INTERPOL have a file on Obama -- on his associations?
I’m sure Eric and the ‘Bamster must be up to something...

Now that is fascinating....I do think there needs to be a public hanging of Dr’s Mann and Hansen and former VP Al Gore.
Thanks.

Has any POTUS done this before?

Right you are, Impy. INTERPOL employees are now KAMIZARS. They can get away with any crime. They can bury and hide evidence. When INTERPOL “investigates” a terrorist, for example, all the evidence can be buried indefinitely. It will be like everyone in INTERPOL being a Ken Starr “investigating” Vince Foster, making certain that all the evidence gets tossed in a black hole.
BO can now arrange for any crony to join Interpol and whoosh! Diplomatic immunity. I don’t blame anyone for thinking of Lethal Weapon II.
BTW, you make a strong point. One for TigersEye. FRegards ....

Many of the recent Potuii served honorably in the military with the exception of Clintoon and Obozo. I don’t believe that Clintoon was ever vetted properly. He may have been even more of criminal that Obozo before he took over.
It’s all a matter of how much we can accept before we consider ourselves in a state of war. How much can the Constitution be trampled on before no reasonable person can consider it to be the law of the land anymore? War changes all of the rules.
OK, you win. Even Rush is glad to hear that people are willing to go to jail. For a change, I was more cautious than Rush Limbaugh. There is no point in me persisting about law and order.
One thing though — people had best not get in trouble with the IRS. Their civil disobedience should be no worse than a misdemeanor.
Fuzzy memory alert: I vaguely recall that some misdemeanors can even be expunged after a year when you plead “no contest”. [At least in some states.] Most leftist organizers think long and hard about risks and consequences before breaking the law.
I still don’t think it’s necessary to break the law to make a point. The law-breaking rats will not be impressed until people scare them, and then the offenders would be pegged as terrorists.
