The head weasel at the RNC tells that I have a choice to make. To whit:
'Will Barack Obama continue to have Nancy Pelosi/Harry Reid majorities in Concress to ram through his radical leftist agenda of curtailed freedoms and government expansion, or......will our Party's commonsense conservative candidates prevail next November and roll back the left-wing gains that are threatening our prosperity and liberty?'
Well, you have to admire their sheer nerve and effrontery in making this sort of play for my wallet. The letter mentions New Jersey and Virginia as signal victories, but they somehow forgot to mention their New York 23rd District back-stabbing of a real conservtive or their hypocritical 'yeah, me too' response when it was clear that RINO Dede Scozzafava had all the support of a radioactive turd.
Weasel Mikey Steele's all concerned that the Left can raise hundreds of millions of dollars in support of their candidates and agenda - but he's evidently not concerned enough about wasting my contributions on RINOS and other losers.
So I have an answer for them. Think they'l listen? I didn't think so, either...

To Whom It May Concern:
• You have failed to secure the border and turn off the Mexican welfare magnet.
• You have failed to call Islamic tyranny for what it is and take the gloves off in the fight against it. Political correctness and your cowardice will kill us all.
• You have failed to call treason and traitors by their proper names – and then do something about it.
• You have failed to reign in the pervasive corruption that has come to dominate our political and civil processes. Rather, you have ignored it, excused it and reveled in it.
• You have failed to exercise fiscal prudence.
• You have consistently failed to support and promote true conservatives; you have instead supported ‘moderates’ and other liberal losers. Do the names Dede Scozzafava and Lindsey Graham ring a bell?
• Worst of all, you have failed to stand for the first principles of freedom as they were articulated by our Founding Fathers. That is unforgiveable; it is an evil from which all else has followed.
So, not a dime, not a dollar or a vote from me. I’m not going to contribute to a gutless party that won’t stand up for its own principles, principles that it has so clearly abandoned. The Republican party of today is NOT my Republican party. No courage. No principles. No clear and articulate defense of life and liberty.
The Tea Party movement and Sarah Palin are leading us back in the right direction. If you can’t help, if you won’t support real conservatives and the first principles of liberty, then I strongly suggest that you get the hell out of the way.
I’ll vote for, write in and support real conservatives. I’ll support and participate in the Tea Party movement. I’ll back Sarah Palin - and anyone like her – to the hilt. The rest of you spineless bastards can go to hell.

Personally, I don’t see the point in giving a dime to the RNC, RCCC, or RSCC.
The pubbie party really does not need a huge bloated bureaucracy full of careerists. A more decentralized structure would be far more efficient.

While not a fan of third parties, I'd like to see a job-swap: Mikey should disappear on a book tour, and Sarah should take over - and clean out - the Republican Party.

Yuo can see elements of this decentralization in the grassroots Tea Party movement. This is ordinary citizens waking up and re-connecting with their duty to support the principles of freedom and to actively participate in the process. It isa movement that can only be crushed by iron-fisted tyranny. And that's precisely what's coming. They know it. We know it. DEFCON 2, people...
We don't want your money. We want YOU (to do your duty as an American).
We want you to donate directly to the campaigns of fully-vetted Reaganite candidates.
Given that more peopel support the Tea PArty and its principles than support either of the current political duopoly, this is one ‘third party’ that has a chance. Of course, if the Republican Party would stand up and stand for the same principles, that would be just fine. But they won’t.
The GOP needs to be taught a lesson, however, when 2010 comes ane the choice is Pub vs Dem vs 3rd Party, any vote other than GOP gives the reins right back to the communist sonofabitches that are trying to destroy our country right now.
The ONLY party in the country which has any chance of opposing the socialism of the Democrats is the REPUBLICAN PARTY.
Your purity must be comforting to you, and maybe solves your problem; but it is not at all practical in solving the problem of the country. A third party, such as one based on the Tea Party movement, is a fantasy. What happened with Buchanan? What about Ross Perot (who was even questionable as a conservative)? Third parties do not work.
Furthermore, if you do not support the party (you know which one), why should they listen to you? It is not just votes that win elections, but also financial and organizational support.
I am tired of otherwise good people (with whom I largely agree) going astray, and wasting energy attacking good people because they are not quite, absolutely perfect. Targets have included Forbes, Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, &c. — each of whom could have saved the country from what is going on now. None of them are perfect, but they are basically on our side.
None of them have “reveled” in corruption, which is what you actually wrote.
I did not support McCain in the primaries, but anyone of us should agree that he would have been much better than what we got.
If you walk away from the Republican Party, you have no organization with a chance, and you are accepting what will come, like a sheep going to slaughter. It doesn’t make sense.
A better idea is to get involved in the party, coordinate with others, and make sure that it is your party. If they nominate someone you don’t like, just say nothing, and use your enthusiasm somewhere else.
We must not just have pure candidates, but we must have ones who can win. There are plenty out there, but they need a party affiliation, and it can’t be with some obscure line drawing 1% of the vote.

"common sense conservative" is the phrase adopted by Sarah Palin. Nice of the stiffs at the RNC to steal her trademark without giving her so much as a nod in return.

I got a RNC fund raising phone call the other day. I told the telemarketer to tell Michael Steele to kiss my ***, that I would choose which candidates to contribute to.
Before I would consider giving the RNC even one zinc penny I would demand that the so-called “moderates” who have betrayed the Republic be stripped of their Republican affiliation utterly and permanently. Abandon them on the doorstep of the Democrat Marxist Party whose water they have been carrying. I don’t a give a d*mn what they call themselves or do with themselves. I WANT THEM OUT!!!

The real question is, “Why the hell didn’t you spineless wussies actually do this already…or at any time in the recent past…or when you HELD CONGRESS?” And the second real question is, “Why the hell should I believe you will do any one of these things after I send you money?”

I instead got the bloated Kennedy Education Bill. I got free drugs for old people to keep them quiet. I got a Dubya’s “forgive Clinton everything” White House that overlooked the wholesale disrespect and destruction of the retreating Lib staffers, and looked the other way on the corruption left in their path. I wanted that lying, adulterous, grinning bastard led away in an orange jumpsuit, and instead, his crooked, complicit wife is the farging Secretary of State. And through it all, you beggers sat on your hands, or on one hand at least, because the other one was in the till sending pork back to the home districts at the expense of my retirement and my great grandkids taxes!
You had over a decade to get down to business and get things right, but you wanted to “get along”. Surely if we just give the Left everything it wants, they’ll be grateful and help us out? Surely, if we are nice to them when we are in power, they’ll do the same when we are out?

The damn government is monitoring social web sites, trawling up information on citizens like the damn KGB, and I don’t hear one of you weasels even objecting. Sarah Palin, the only damn reason I held on as a Republican, gets cut to bits from inside the party, and you do nothing. Our Glorious Leader tells the press his kids are off limits, but her kids are played like political chessmen, and I hear nothing from you.
I’ve been almost fifty years a Republican, thirty one of them solidly voting R on every ticket because I believed in what the Party stood for. Well shove off. I am at last the core of the party, and you don’t give a damn what I think, except to send me the frothing, outraged “census survey” to finance more weasels like the ones you have given me in the past to pick my pocket in the future. You should hang your heads in shame…you had to disguise this fundraiser as the damn US CENSUS to get me to open it. You KNOW you did. Well, if you deserved the money, you’d have done something by now when we had power. You can number the party four less on your damn survey. I and my wife, and if I can ensure it, my kids are never going to vote for you elitist, lying, faux-conservatives ever.
Of course I agree with everything your survey says…it’s only real purpose is to get money out of me to keep your lazy, lethargic butts firmly planted at the pork trough! I can tell from ten years of experience, you have no interest in Hell in changing anything in Washington…or you would have. Start acting like Republicans, and maybe you will get my money again. If I were your employer in a real job, you’d be out on the street five years ago for falsifying your resume, sleeping on the job, dropping the ball, and failing to even show up for work most days out of the year. Fifty states, and you can’t find a single presidential candidate (that you are willing to support, at least) that has strong enough opinions that I want to vote for them. Wussie little Chamberlains, so afraid of what they think in France or the Whitehouse that they won’t even emit a little peep over what Obama’s done to destroy this country. (Because, of course, the outraged left, who frothed over spending in Iraq and our deficit, doesn’t seem to care about cost when it mean opening a Moth and Tick Museum back in the home district. We stand at the chasm of history, out of work, out of luck; and we are there because of a fake construction economy, built on the touchy feely idea that “everyone should have a house.” Well, no. The people that can be expected to pay for what they have bought should. And you let the Dem’s set up a house of cards that gave homes to people that couldn’t really afford them…and then…here’s the amazing part…you let human slime like Waxman and Rangel blame us for the collapse that came out of stupid, Liberal lending. You don’t even roar like a gelded steer…you say “thank you” and smile.
When I was a boy, years ago, the Party (Grand back then!) created the Contract With America. They put down in simple terms WHY they were different from the Democrats, not try to act like little Liberals themselves. They had LEADERSHIP. They told what they were going to do, they did it, and then they reminded the country who did it. They didn’t play footsie with the opponent, they went out and FOUGHT THEM.
What we need is a charismatic and eager truthsayer, willing to take on the Left, and call out the Media as liars. What we need is someone to stand up and NOT try to get along. We were the party of Reagan, and instead, you have made us the party of pork. If you had taken the money we had in the boom years and put it in the bank, we’d be able to afford to pay unemployment in the lean years, but look who I’m trying to educate…you spent my retirement money by putting it in the general fund, and prayed I’d never ask where it went!
So save yourself the $0.42 or whatever it is and take me off this damn list. Clearly, you don’t even respect me enough to erase my name from the mailing list after my last letter. You are no longer welcome in our house. Call me when the party grows some nads, and when our moron leaders stop attacking the few conservative candidates you are willing to field. You have walked away from me, so let me return the favor. Not another dime, ever, you corrupt, lying, lapdog bastards!
Its a terrific letter and expresses how many people including me feel. Unfortunately, the Republican and democrat organizations that send out the fund raising letters only do about two things with the responses, cash the check that idiots send along, a note who the idiots are so they can step up their efforts. I’m convinced that those organizations exist only to creat paying jobs and titles for do nothings.
