Rep. Frank Wolf, R.-Va., issued a public statement Thursday saying that President Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, has instructed staff attorneys to ignore legal subpoenas by the U.S. Civil Rights Commission (CRC) requesting information about the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case.
This is in stark contrast to Mr. Obama’s pledge for transparency in government.

Everybody did this with the health reform, cap and trade, illegal aliens and Dubai ports. Yet, the conservative grassroots doesn’t seem to be interested in protecting their right to vote do they? No, they’re more worried about their wallet.

And we can best believe that when they see their thuggery is protected by the US government, no less, that we’re going to see more of it and possibly the intimidation factor ramped up in the next elections. I believe that it’s all part of the plan to steal the election.

This is not about fairness, justice nor equity. This does not meet the objective introspection that a democracy should be upholding. Holder is not meeting any of his ethical code or conduct.
If he is the AG and that is how HE operates...complete violation of his office... how do you expect his army to do the right thing.... EVER?

When Obama said he wants a civilian army to be the enforcement branch of the Federal Government, I’m sure he had the BPs in mind to play a significant role in it.
Obama is totally out of control. The Constitution is now irrelevant, cheating on taxes is apparently now legal and even just normal everyday laws are being just simply ignored.
The only people really getting slammed these days are our troops.

I hope all of you saw the utube clip of Lindsay Graham taking Holder to the woodshed with a tough lashing second to none. Graham spoke way beyond the brain of Holder to respond. Holder is the offspring of affirmative action and incompetence.

Food for serious thought. 20 years ago, i would have never believed America would be defanged and insulted at will by any nation who pleased, and aligned with Hugo Chavez. Or that all the banking, insurance, and industry would be nationalized. That as a practical matter, drilling for oil or mining new coal would be illegal. That a foreign born communist would be president. That restrictions on speech and religion would grow stronger by the day.
And so now, it feels impossible for me to imagine that we might need to protect the constitution by force. But is it really such an impossibility?
The harsh reality is that there are patriots on one side who will not be disarmed. They love the constitution, and freedom of speech, God, and America as she has been. On the other side are revolutionary socialist oligarchs, who recognize no limits to their authority, regard the constitution as a roadblock, and insist on directing every aspect of your life. Neither side shows signs that they will stop. Both sides claim rights to control the children, one parental, one socialist. Only a fool could ignore that this has to end in the capitulation of one side, or in violence.
Incidently IMO, it will only turn violent when the socialists attack the patriots to enforce some aspect of their policy. The patriots will continue to try to work within the system until attacked, or convinced that the elections have become a fraudulent farce.

I am in agreement with everything you said. However, as for being “convinced that the elections have become a fraudulent farce”... I am already convinced.
I am also convinced that it will take force to restore our country. That is a nightmare that all good men should want to avoid, while recognizing that it could come to that..... without much notice.
The 2010 elections may give hope or be the last straw... something will break one way or the other. This can’t go on.....
We can be backed into a corner only so far... we still have a good many patriots that will refuse to be enslaved and we will not continue to yield to the demands of the corrupt.
LOL... My cardiologist told me yesterday that I may have 5 to 10 years left, so I’m not one that waits in lines very well. ;>)
