Please contact Jim Webb’s office every way you can. He just may have the guts to stop this monstrosity. Here is a copy of the email I sent to him:

“Senator Webb,

We write you as former residents of Virginia (Springfield) and hopefully soon to be residents of Virginia again.

Please oppose the the expensive series of programs now generally called “Obamacare.” It is horrible for almost all Americans and far worse for some than others.

It just gets worse and worse. Landrieu gets $300,000+ for Louisiana and now Nelson gets a Medicaid carveout for Nebraska plus a ton of other stuff for Nebraska. You need to drive home everyday how bad this bill is for all Americans and that it is even worse for Virginians than for citizens of some other states.

Thank you for your service (especially you service on the Guantanamo issue), and hopefully thank you for making sure Virginians and all other Americans know how bad Obamacare will be for them.

Call Congrerss and remind them any federal version of health care is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care. Tell them the people are not bound by any unconstitutional act of Congress and that the people will no comply. There will be civil disobedience.
