Money laundering?
“Kukiko Mitani, whose husband, Stephen Pomerantz, owned the building at the time, tried to sell it for years, at one time asking $18 million. But when the recession hit, she sold it in July to a real estate investment firm, Soho Properties, for $4.85 million in cash, records show. Actually, I always wondered how they got the courthouse in Houston, particularly since I was attending an Islamic terrorism trial that involved money laundering through the purchase of property.
In the trial, it came out that they used some sort of mortgage lending scam to get extra money to be diverted for terrorism. They are very adept at manipulating our financial systems...and they also have a parallel system of their own. Possibly this was sold to them by another Muslim through “sharia financing.”
Somebody needs to find the name of the owner.
That should be in the public title records. This story should be considered suspect until the name of the seller is published.
