A Taunton father is furious his eight-year-old son was sent home from school and required to undergo a psychological evaluation after he drew a stick-figure picture of Jesus Christ on the cross.
The father, who wants his name withheld to protect his son, told the Taunton Gazette he got a call earlier this month from the Maxham Elementary School.
They told him his son, a second-grader with special needs, had created a violent drawing.
It started when his teacher asked the class to sketch something that reminded them of Christmas.
The boy drew a crucified Jesus with X's covering his eyes to signify that he had died on the cross.

Well obviously we all know better than to think Christ had anything to do with Christmas. I mean really now.
He was born for this. He came into the world for this.
If the boy were let’s just say a muslim and he drew a person with a bomb strapped to their chest screaming allah mumbo jumbo crap.....no one would DARE peep a word about it.

especially if one’s intention is to question the sanity of the Taunton, Mass. “educational system”.
The ‘school systems’ just continue to sink to new lows of depravity.
She’s probably hiding under her desk and won’t be able to reach the phone anyway. Apparently, their website crashed.

Not only that, but what’s with an elementary school even mentioning “Christmas” in this upside down PC world in which we now find ourselves...
Right...kids can’t even draw pictures of guns, and you think that would pass?
lol
I’m guessing Maxham is not a Catholic elementary school.
Good question.
I use to draw things a bit more graphic than that.
Had this been of Allah and his virgin 9 year old bride...The boy would’ve been invited to the Mayors office and given a medal.
Massachusetts sucks!
As another poster said......it looks like the teacher is the one in need of psychological evaluation.
Just my opinion, of course.
Maybe I should have added a dose of sarcasm to my comment.
