I don’t call it a hoax. A hoax is something that is laughed off and forgotten. This is a massive fraud and trillions of dollars have been staked on it.
I don’t think most FReepers quite understand how hard cap and trade will be to kill. States have invested taxpayer dollars in carbon trading, congressmen and major companies stand to make big bucks off it. When the climate change fraud collapses there will be a lot of people holding an empty bag. They aren’t going to let it go down without a fight.

I dont think most FReepers quite understand how hard cap and trade will be to kill. I've wondered about that too. Texas is investing in CO2 capture. I saw an ad this afternoon by a company investing in the removal of CO2 from natural gas (might have been Atlantic Richfield). Has this foolishness hit some kind of critical mass that will make it nearly impossible to kill?

Something I dug up and posted earlier today. There are already several states investing taxpayer money in the scam. If it collapses, they’ll be left holding an empty bag that’s supposed to have taxpayer money in it.

Unfortunately a collapse is what needs to happen. Its sucess is what we’ll never be able to recover from.

Amazing, huh. These people are so brainwashed it’s scary. I have family members who are the same way. Sarah’s wrong because they say she’s wrong. And this guy writes that some “hacker” “stole” the emails then goes on to say “if they’re legitimate”. No one who wrote the emails has said they’re fake but the media and O’s followers will make excuses so no one has to deny anything.

That “extreme fringe challenges the consensus among scientists who see this as a serious threat” is the majority of Americans. Funny how these people use “fringe” describes anyone that doesn’t agree with them ... now that is what I call “deniers” of facts.

It turns out, assuming the documents are authentic, that these elite climate scientists were spinning their research. They hid data they didnt like. They discussed boycotting publications that questioned their conclusions. They talked about using a "trick" to massage data.He forgot to add: "AND THEN THEY PASSED THIS CORRUPT DATA ON TO THE UN AND AL GORE AND THE REST IS HISTORY".
Give me a break.

“When the climate change fraud collapses there will be a lot of people left holding an empty bag.” I believe it was either Rush or Beck that compared it to The “Dot Com” bust on their show. So your dead on with your statement about holding the bag. Let’s not forget about what was said on “Fox News Sunday” today when it was pointed out that the same organization, the UN, who ran the Oil For Food program will be in charge of the Climate Funding. More fraud on the way!

If I had to pick the sound associated with a liberal whining, it would be that of a cow turd hitting a flat rock.
If Sarah Palin read the McDonalds Menu, these hacks would have something to find wrong with it.

Thanks for outing yourselves. No surprise, of course, but it's good to have the confirmation...again. If anyone consistently gets it wrong, it's not Sarah Palin. It's the person each of you so-called journalists sees in the mirror.

An overwhelming majority of climate scientists across the world believe that human activity is warming the planet, and that this presents a dire threat to Earths environment. But that statement is an unsupportable assertion. It represents specious reasoning.
I would challenge the statement that an overwhelming majority of climate scientists believe in AGW. How many scientists from that group would remain in the group if you removed those scientists with a vested interest in AGW?
The next question would be on what scientific basis do they claim that mankind is causing global warming? It is true that carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas. Given that it is a trace gas, it is overwhelmed by water vapor by many orders of magnitude. Carbon dioxide has no measurable impact on our climate or weather. There is no man made global warming; only man made climate change on computers using artificial data.
Please address the substance of the issue instead of supporting the warmers. Otherwise you sound shrill and hysterical.

Back during the 2000 campaign, Al Gore's grades were actually released and posted on this forum. I don't remember them all, but the summary was:
- Flunked out of Harvard Law School.
- Flunked out of some divinity school in Tennessee.
- Finally got a B.S. from Harvard in political science.
Even less impressive than ObaMao's grades (if you can find them).

Koolaid drinkers are being put to shame by Gore's greenie eaters. Such righteous indignation! Cast out your demons oh deniers! Send more money and be cleansed!
Attention all true believers..Send Gore and his saintly followers $1,000 a month for the rest of your life and your soul will be saved! What can I say, it sells itself.

>> Star Ledger: "And that has given climate-change skeptics their biggest propaganda win in years."
Yet, it's no longer known as Global Warming
Is there one prominent Liberal that has argued against AGW?
Wouldn't it seem improbable that given extensive, complex sets of data, every Liberal scientist would draw the same conclusion about that data?
