WASHINGTON — US President Barack Obama has hit out at Wall Street "fat cats", expressing anger that banks bailed out by the government plan huge bonuses while millions of Americans battle poverty and unemployment.

"I did not run for office to be helping out a bunch of fat cat bankers on Wall Street," Obama said Friday in excerpts of an interview with CBS television to be aired on Sunday.

With unemployment still hovering at around 10 percent, amid a recession triggered in part by the excesses of financial institutions, Obama voiced frustration that "some people on Wall Street still don't get it."

Obama is clearly a Muslim. We need to find out if he is of the Taliban kind. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that Hillary is connected too.

Narcissist. It's still all about him and someone else is always to blame for "his" problems. I, I, I, I, me, me, me, my, my, I, my, me, etc.

Thank you. Yes I saw them. If the American people knew how much government workers get paid, their benefits, their pensions and what they actually do at work (sitting around on their asses all day thinking about their mistresses and hoping to hell that their wives don’t find out about them while at the same time loafing in their cushy jobs that just perpetuate their own bureaucracies and self importance and do actually nothing to help the country at all. The only exception to this rule is the military and our spy and intelligence agencies. These are the people who actually work in government and accomplsih anything important. The rest just pretty much take up space.

Obama Playing Golf with UBS America President Robert Wolf

Executive Summary – This is actually amazing. UBS has just turned over 4450 names of American who evaded taxes using UBS bank. This has started a fear tactic from the IRS since the names released are of course secret so as to scare hundreds of thousands of UBS clients from the USA and other countries into compliance under threat of life in jail.

Did it ever occur to anyone that this Robert Wolf might be complicit and should be in jail too? What is good for the goose is good for the gander! Wolf during Obamas campaign collected $370,850 for Obama making UBS the fifth largest contributor to the OBama election campaign. Within days of the UBS settlement of $780,000,000 to settle civil and criminal charges with US government, Obama appointed Wolf to the White House Economic Recovery Advisory Board. Then UBS received 2.5 billion through AIG for financial bailout. Perhaps UBS paid nothing at all and was reimbursed and even compensated for cooperating with the IRS attack on their account holders from the USA that the bank had. While the golf game was going on UBS fall guy Bradley Birkenfeld was sentenced to 40 months in jail but his sentence does not start yet so he can appeal sentencing.

When will Obama get around to slamming fat cat government workers with huge salaries and more than generous benefit and pension benefits

NEVER. He won't slight the Fed workers; the vast majority of them vote Dem. They live off of government largesse and will not bite the hand that feeds them. In DC, $100K salaries (with unsurpassed benefits) are the norm for anyone in a professional job series.

I hope bankers fire back and remind America that the government required them to issue sub prime loans.

They won't. They understand, this is all part of the Great Kabuki Dance, where each performer has his highly stylized role to play, and all is carefully scripted. "Bankers" and politicans, they all know they need each other to survive and prosper. Governance is a minor annoyance, to be avoided where possible.

Yup. Zero desperately grasping at his far left base now that his passion index is at -16.

Also likely the reason the House passed that monstrosity of a financial reg bill yesterday...the worst since the New Deal.

They are starting to flail hard now. Even heard Abercrombie (HI) I is retiring from the House. Things should get pretty interesting.

Does The First Shyster mention the $750 M he raised during the last election, more than Bush-Kerry combined in '04, while refusing to join McCain in taking public funds?

Fat cats indeed.
