In 1994, the Federal Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice (IWG) was established under Executive Order 12898. The IWG is comprised of eleven federal agencies and several White House offices. Each agency, with leadership from EPA, is working to integrate environmental justice into its individual programs. http://www.epa.gov/compliance/environmentaljustice/interagency/

Good theory but If I do this I may actually OWE taxes instead of breaking even.

You'll always owe taxes, but instead of letting the government hold on to your weekly taxes, hold on to them yourself. Get it? No matter who holds on to them, you'll still owe the same. The only losers are the politicians because of their loss of interest on that money. YOU collect the interest instead.

Yeah, I saw that last night. I was surprised at the way he said "The American People are coming for you" (Congress)

Things are getting heated, they have to see it but just don't care.

We are pushing the EPA to reveal the data they used to justify their endangerment proposal. We need to drop the articles of faith and use the entirety of scientific study on the effects of climate change not a sub-set, chosen by the EPA not for its validity but rather on its ability to forward their policy goal — the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions. The agency used secondary scientific sources, studies that largely weren’t adequately peer-reviewed and the selective use of scientific studies to justify a policy decision they wanted to make. There are many questions to be asked of the EPA, and forgive the Chamber for not accepting “Trust Us” as an answer. To enact effective policy we need transparency and scientific data which is beyond question, not data deemed beyond questioning.

More on our efforts for transparency here
http://www.chamberpost.com/2009/06/transparency-science-and-the-epa.html Congress, not the EPA, is the appropriate authority to deal with such a complex regulatory issue that needs and deserves transparency and rigorous public debate. We urge you to take quick action to help us stop EPA from moving forward with these regulations and to let Congress continue to address the issue.

The EPA’s proposed rule is subject to a 60-day comment period, which ends on December 28, 2009. Please add your digital signature to the letter below and post a comment as to why you oppose this move by the EPA. At the end of the comment period, we will submit the letter and comments to the EPA as part of the official record. Every signature matters.

Okay trees, sorry, but the air you need to survive has been declared a toxic pollutant. Nice knowing ya.

What a shame you won’t be turning that into oxygen any longer.

Ah, who need oxygen anyway...

Which one of Obama’s Czar’s believes in trees being able to sue humans? This may be around the corner.

Yes, but what would they sue for, more CO2?

Course with this lot, you never know.

They’ve switched from tree huggers to tree muggers.

If it were not for this tree where would this little girl be?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2yNw6DFOAUg

Why doesn’t Al Gore leave the line of getting $1200 to shake his hand and take the little girl out of the tree?

Well, for one thing, there was no tree. There was no water. There was only the little child’s bedroom, and the fears instilled in her by grownups who preyed upon her.

Al Gore is chief among them.

That’s why he can get $1200 per handshake in the first place.

Greed and power, Al Gore’s main staple.

Thanks for turning my smartassness back into reality of facts.

But I still wonder who will stop the little girl from hanging on a tree.

>Obama the dictator. Who will stop him? So far, nobody.

The 2nd Amendment (and the founding fathers) would suggest Smith & Wesson, Winchester, Remington, et al.

I say we make a machine that can remove all of the carbon from a human being.

We can then start the process with removing all of the carbon from global warming environmentalists bodies...

I think it would be a swell program.

“The 2nd Amendment (and the founding fathers) would suggest Smith & Wesson, Winchester, Remington, et al.”

It may indeed come to that. If it does, Obaba and his communist regime is toast.

>He’s ineligible. Once that’s proven, none of the rest of it matters.

Oh, you’re very wrong: ALL of the Congress that validated the elector’s votes for Obama, the USSC who denied standing to EVERYONE who brought the issue to their attention, the particular Justice who swore Obama in could/should be charged with: Treason, Fraud, Negligence.

Furthermore, the Democratic party itself could/should be charged with fraud, for endorsing and ‘validating’ a fraudulent candidate.

IE: if this gets out, we have a undeniably legally valid and morally obligated right to DESTROY all three branches of government, or rather those who occupy them.
