Oh, you’re very wrong: ALL of the Congress that validated the elector’s votes for Obama, the USSC who denied standing to EVERYONE who brought the issue to their attention, the particular Justice who swore Obama in could/should be charged with: Treason, Fraud, Negligence.
Furthermore, the Democratic party itself could/should be charged with fraud, for endorsing and ‘validating’ a fraudulent candidate.

Sorry, but I’m tired of hearing that. Yes, I believe that Obama is not qualified to be Pres but! We are living under the “tyranny of democracy” now. The majority voted for the “O” so, in their minds, that trumps any other legal issue. Since evil is in charge there is nowhere to take the birth issue.
