Kids they are starting to realize who the next President will be.....

From the other thread

Well played. Reagan was able to laugh at himself, too...

"I hate to tell you this, but the DUmmies were using the Going Rogaine joke about Todd Palin a week before you came up with it."

That doesn't even make any sense. Rogaine jokes are directed to men w/little or no hair.

Madam President, we love you!

If the election had turned out differently, she said, "I could be the one overseeing the signing of bailout checks and vice president Biden could be on the road selling his book, 'Going Rogaine.'"

Bwahh! How you not love this woman.

If Palin were to become POTUS she’d be referred to as ‘Madam President’. Now if she were President of France ‘madame’ would be the correct noun.

CH—good for you! You are always one of the funniest folks here on FR!

Sarah used your joke! I’m here in southern Delaware—it is especially funny to me.

Good to see that President No. 45 has such a great sense of humor.

Huckabee used one of my jokes once...word for word during the campaigns about candidates offering free drugs to old hippies. Yes, they do read FR. Keep up the good work.

I prefer “Madame President”. Sounds more feminine, not butch.

You list all the external causes of failure, the things you and the GOP can't control. Focusing on what you can't control will not bring you victory.

What the GOP CAN control is what it stands for. The GOP must recapture a vision of our country as strong, independent, and free. It must stand for conservative values of national sovereignty, limited government, economic freedom, and moral goodness. These are things the GOP CAN and MUST control.

Reagan showed how you can stand for traditional conservative values and win the hearts and minds of the American people. The GOP unfortunately has decided to try to win by compromising its conservative values and become more leftist in order to win elections, putting its own existence ahead of traditional American values. Thus the complaint that as it does this, it loses its raison d'etre, selling America short for the illusion of political expediency.

Reagan's 1960's "A Time For Choosing" is as poignant and relevant today as it ever was.

God bless her. The troops sure won't be giving her the Gordon Brown treatment(in England the wounded Brits shut their curtains when he came to the hospital to see them). She's our next President. And visiting the wounded troops is what areal President would do.
