Neil Cavuto welcomed former Chrysler dealer James Anderer to his show on Fox Business News Daily to talk about a case that has been filed by a group of dealers who lost their businesses in the Washington D.C. District Court. Lead Plaintiff Anderer mentioned a team of legal experts while describing the case to Cavuto, and an anonymous source has named Leo Donofrio and Steve Pidgeon as having been retained by a group of Chrysler dealers who lost their franchise in the Chrysler bankruptcy sale. They have been retained to bring two actions:
1. A motion to reconsider the Court's approval of the dealer rejections. 2. A quo warranto in the D.C. District Court pertaining to Obama and his administration.

It’s a genuine computer generated document from a few years agon if genuine at all. It proves nothing about where he was born.

I have to be honest, I am putting more weight on this. The D.C. District court and the Dealers issues is one which already has standing on appeals. Its the perfect vehicle. The Hawaii DoH might well get called into the fray by Obama, because he will have to prove his Citizenship status. He will need to produce all his records for that, and it will be something that he won’t be able to squirm out of.
He did post it on his blog. They have documents that date from within days of Obama’s birth.
Its still not relevant, the fact his father is British Kenyan IS.

Yes but the fact that they have documents they later backtracked on he reported. In addition the fact that they have documents tells you nothing about what they are, what they say or what they prove, if anything. Given the terrotorial laws and regulations in effect at the time, the fact that there may be documents tells us nothing.
I learned a lot from that exchange.

Now it'll be interesting to see if Holder brings the quo warranto, or because of the conflict of interest appoints a special prosecutor.
