PANAMA CITY, Fla. A judge in Florida wants footage to be turned over to the court so he can decide on a motion to dismiss a civil suit against "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis.
U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak on Wednesday ordered all relevant videos be handed to him so he can make a final ruling on the motion by Francis' lawyers. Smoak said the motion relies on the plaintiff's actions in the videos.
Four women filed suit last year. They said they were 13 to 17 years old when they were filmed in stages of undress or engaged in sexual activity by Francis' company, which produces the "Girls Gone Wild" video series. The plaintiffs are now adults.

And he wants it before the weekend...
I’m sure he does . . .
“Fla. judge wants footage in ‘Girls Gone Wild’ suit”
Has he not seen the tv ads? He should just make an order.
Keep it.. uhh civil.. uhh OK?
If they were under 18 at the time, the film is considered child pornography, and their actions are irrelevant. I think the judge has more prurient interests in seeing the film...

They must be hoping the porno Ind. notices them, why file now??.
Me too!
They must have presented bogus id that they were 18.
Now they change their minds?
The film will be removed fromm circulation, but these girls may well be estopped by their own fraudulent conduct from claiming damages.
If the judge starts winking at the plaintiffs during testimony I would call for a mistrial. I would also demand that he keep his hands in sight at all times ; )
He also requested two boxes of Kleenex. I don’t understand.
There is no “victim” here.
Scumbag porno guy films willing young whores...it’s a wash...
Perhaps “justice” should be left to the Dads (if there are any around) and azz-kickings could be handed out to all parties...
Yes, I’m sure that the evidence will bear ‘close scrutiny’ by the appropriate authorities. And hey - let’s not get hasty, here...
Wrong, they were minors, they could not sign away their rights as adults.
Well you know the FR rules and since the dispute is about the age of these girls..how bout some pictures of women whose age is not disputable and we are not talking about the Helen Thomas pic here...
freegards,

Sigh, I wish I had the old tape from many, many years ago with underage Traci Lords!;-( Wife cut it up!
(That’s right blame it on the wife! I wore the tape out!;-)
Yes but you have to look at the defence of equitable estoppel. The fact that they were minors is not the point. It is what they claim now as adults which is estopped. They do not have clean hands.
Good point of argument!

He’s not the only one. ;-)
