My information is all on my homepage.

I’ve been very clear about the principled reasons why I don’t support Sarah Palin.

You mean as chairman of your candidate's party, which is leading the nastiest attacks against Palin of any other political organization that I am aware of.

Excellent interview. Positions most Americans agree with. Gee, she must be “crazy”. /sarcasm>

I have a problem with the term “Pathway to Citizenship”, (which we already have by the way) as if it's a new thing in our nation... and then connecting it directly to Amnesty, which it is definately not amnesty, as I see it.

This confuses the immigration issues of documented workers, political asylum and the overall rules of immigration which are under the umbrella of immigration as well.

When you add the element of closing or not the borders..before you can even remotely sort all and more of the above. Close the borders. It's so simple.

I’m inclined to believe you are working for The Independant Third party etc. as has been stated by others here, for I linked to that site from your personal FR page here directly to the Independant Party site. Hummmmm....

The evidence on that site, from your many articles, certainly indicates either you are supporting their canidate or playing both sides of the fence. Or even perhaps playing nasty politics here on FR ?????

Palin: we need to close the borders. They are called illegal aliens for a reason and if they are not going to follow the rules they should not be in our country. It’s pretty simple I ratched that one down to the simple answer because its an easier answer than some politicians want it to make it be. you close the borders. You get more agressive about cracking down on the illegal aliens and we take it serious what our border patrol officers are trying to do

Too bad she was not asked about the 12+ million already here that she wants to give a "path to citizenship"

What solutions have been broached by other potential POTUS candidates? What is your fix for this issue?

I agree with you on the border issue...they should have been EFFECTIVELY secured on 9/12. That didn't happen and won't. I believe it is the CFR's intention to secure the perimeter of the continent, as suggested in Dr. Robert Pastor's testimony. Who also, by the way, suggested that the solution for illegal immigration was to bring the US economy DOWN to that of Mexico's. geee I wonder if they'll succeed? CFR = "think tank" my azz!

And yes, I agree, we currently have immigration laws which set forth a pathway to citizenship. However, giving an illegal alien ANY path to citizenship that does not include returning to country of origin and waiting there, in line, BEHIND ALL OTHER APPLICANTS WHO'VE BEEN WAITING TO DO SO LEGALLY...is when "path to citizenship" = amnesty.

We must effectively secure our borders and the solution to our illegal alien problem can be resolved by 1) attrition through enforcement and 2) an end to birthright citizenships. Illegals WILL return home, on their own, if our current immigration laws are enforced. If we say No jobs, no banking (wire transfers, mortgages, auto loans, etc.), no driver's licenses, no federal, state or local benefits...they'll have no choice but to leave.

Hey..couldn’t have said this better myself..or even close! Thank you for articulating pretty much how I see the immagration issues.

And yes, of course return to their homeland and wait in line. However, Am afraid that Mex. and other nations will get their pants in a knot if we do this and the politics of will just continue to drag on anything getting done about this problem. Sometimes it just feels like its too late.

Anymore to say?? I’m interested in your opinions

~~~
IMHO : It will be 20 to 40 million when the deal is done,,,
Even with 12 mil. we will have lost our country,,,
That’s “Broken Arrow” for us,,,
We cannot over come those numbers at the polls...
You just challenged a very hard nosed freeper when you posted to EternalVigilance, so do not get upset or flustered if he lashes out at you (he may not). You can politely make a point and move on if you choose, everything does not have to be done in your first month here.
EternalVigilance is actually Tom Hoefling, Chairman and Founder of America’s Independent Party. Which is really Alan Keye’s little boutique party that Tom runs for him.
When you see his postings trying to convince you of bizarre things about Governor Palin, then just remember who is is and who he works for and that he is at work when he tries to spread those things.
You can dismiss him as a political hack, which of course he is (party chairman!) but he can take a pound of flesh from people that do not bow down to his candidate.
As far as I know, there are no other Party Chairman that anonymously post here.
Although that would be cool, can you imagine Howard Dean as a freeper?
You’re wasting your time...if someone refuses to be convinced, there’s nothing you can do to stop them.
