DENTON -- Police are looking for a man who gave a woman a massage in her apartment Monday afternoon near the University of North Texas campus.
Authorities say he wasnt a masseur.
A 21-year-old woman gave the unidentified man, who posed as a massage student, permission to give her a massage, but she ordered him out of her apartment when his hand began moving up her leg as he rubbed it.
But police said today that the man would not face a charge for the massage because the victim allowed him to do it, but he could face an assault by contact charge from giving her a hug when he left.
No one had been arrested as of today.

Ummm..., a stranger knocks on a woman’s door, asks her if it’s okay to give her a massage and tells her to take off all her clothes... LOL...
I’m not sure which one should be arrested... :-)

People certainly are fools - invite a stranger to your apartment to rub your body, except your leg?

Hey. I just happened to be in the neighborhood to give someone a massage, but they had to cancel so I'm willing to give you a massage for a really good price. (Especially if you're a hottie.)

Next week he’ll be posing as a door-to-door gynecologist. As long he doesn’t hug the patients he shouldn’t have any legal problems.

Is a hug considered assault? Perhaps the woman was deceived but it does not sound like assault. I am not sure that touching a woman's leg during a massage is assault either.

The woman should be charged with stupidity. How can you charge somebody who has already pled "GUILTY"?

This woman must have graduated at the top of her class in our currently dumbed-down school system that has been run by the leftist for the past decades.

For real, who lets a stranger in their home at all, much less to give them a massage???!!! Has she never heard of serial killers?

“Assault by contact”? WTF?!?
We were always taught (medical context as well as self defense training) that ASSAULT was the attempt/threat to make contact without permission; BATTERY was the actual unwanted contact.
