Ummm..., a stranger knocks on a woman’s door, asks her if it’s okay to give her a massage and tells her to take off all her clothes... LOL...
I’m not sure which one should be arrested... :-)

People certainly are fools - invite a stranger to your apartment to rub your body, except your leg?

Hey. I just happened to be in the neighborhood to give someone a massage, but they had to cancel so I'm willing to give you a massage for a really good price. (Especially if you're a hottie.)

Is a hug considered assault? Perhaps the woman was deceived but it does not sound like assault. I am not sure that touching a woman's leg during a massage is assault either.

A 21-year-old woman gave the unidentified man, who posed as a massage student, permission to give her a massage, but she ordered him out of her apartment when his hand began moving up her leg as he rubbed it. I think I've seen this movie.

This woman must have graduated at the top of her class in our currently dumbed-down school system that has been run by the leftist for the past decades.

“Assault by contact”? WTF?!?
We were always taught (medical context as well as self defense training) that ASSAULT was the attempt/threat to make contact without permission; BATTERY was the actual unwanted contact.

1968-1972 Denton was a single man's paradise. The ratio of men to women aged 18-22 was ten women per man. Texas A&M and the military bases (Sheppard, Carswell, Ft. Wolters)would run buses to Denton to the SUB at TWU and NTSU. Any weekend in Denton was worth the effort....

This guy isn’t getting charged for hugging her, he’s being charged with grabbing her. The fact that anybody calls it a hug doesn’t change the fact that he had been thrown out and was going for more. To be a hug it would have to be mutual.
