President Obama's climate czar, Carol M. Browner, and White House spokesman Robert Gibbs might think that Climate-gate is a nonevent, but on Monday Pennsylvania State University announced that it was launching an investigation into the academic conduct of Michael Mann, the school's Director of the Earth System Science Center. And Tuesday, Phil Jones, the director of the Climatic Research Unit at Britain's University of East Anglia, announced that he would stand aside as director while his university conducted an investigation.
Dozens of researchers at other institutions could soon face similar investigations. . . .

Nearly all Democrat politicians and a good hunk of Republican politician are complicit in trying to fleece the United States with this fraud. It’s just another treasonous act by our government.

My favorite .... "We now know that global warming was Mann-made."
The fun part of these investigations is all who are investigated are put under oath. Ima gonna bet we hear a lot of Hillary’s favorite refrain: “I do not recollect”. This from a crowd of people who are certain the planet will be enveloped in flames while drowning in sea water. I especially look forward to the clymers who are quoted in email hiding data, falsifying data, and lying about data, being forced under oath to explain their words. The possibility of rats turning on one another is too real and so deserved. On the other hand, these investigations by the Universities themselves may be done in a fashion to provide legal protection to the offending university rather than clean house. Having the foxes guard the hen-house after 20 years of not doing so seems a bit rediculous. Maybe we need a disinterested quality assurance mechanism. I would suggest the professional associations of statisticians might provide the best overseer of these investigations. Lets see if the nutty earth science professors really know how to use math?
Yeah, there are going to be investigations but is the fix in? Depends on who’s doing the investigating.

He was at a book signing Monday and got yelled out of the building. He needs to be arrested on fraud charges, fined for all of the moeny he made on carbon-offsets, and be beaten by Tiger’s wife.
If the Pubs and RNC do not put out ads on this fraud and blame it on the leftist socialist pacifist Dems week after week, they are nuts.
About four years ago an expert panel of statisticians in the US determined and broadcast that the Climate “scientists” had NO concept how to use statistics.
Simply one more thing that was buried by the old media and the IPCC.
