If you are fed up with Barack Obama and Eric Holder’s constant attacks on what is good and right about America come to New York City’s Foley Square Federal Courthouse on this Saturday December 5, 2009 at 12 noon and let your voice be heard.

The “Stop The Terror Trial in NYC Rally” is being sponsored by TEA Party 365 and the 9/11 Never Forget Coalition. Those on hand beside the 9/11 Families will be brother and sister New York City Firefighters and Police Officers representing the 343 Firefighters and 40 Police Officers who died that day.

Moreover there will be representatives there to speak for all other First Responders and civilian victims of the sneaky attack carried out at the order of the very men who are now scheduled to be placed on trail in New York City.

All veterans, active duty military and reserve personnel should make plans to be on hand.

While these groups directly represent the families of those who lost loved ones in the attack, every genuine America who possibly can, must attend because now we are ALL Sons and Daughters of the Second American Revolution. Please drop what you’re doing and come to this show of our determination against the continuing tyranny of the Marxist regime in Washington.

I'm not a NY resident. I live in NJ. So I assume I won't be called (though this is a fed court so who knows).

If I AM called, I HOPE I will have the courage to make the following speech (or something like it) to the judge:

Your honor, I do not support the policy of trying these combatants in a US criminal court. I oppose that policy so much that I can't imagine agreeing with ANYTHING the prosecutor will say in this case.

I oppose a policy which asks JURORS to stand on the front line to fight terrorists -- and put their names and families on that front line. This is the work of anonymous uniformed SOLDIERS, not the work of publicly identified CIVILIANS.

Therefore, I profess to being EXTREMELY biased against the prosecution in this case.

We REALLY wish we could join you for this extremely important rally, but unfortunately we've had plans for my elderly mother's birthday celebration for quite awhile. It would be difficult at this stage to change the date at this point.

I know NYC pretty well, but I have to ask: Where is Foley Square?

I’m sure the honorable attorney general Holder, down in NYC, consulted with the families devastated by 9-11 like any district attorney in these United States would do prior to this decision. Yeah right, like he consulted with the mayor and the police commisioner first. Guess they had to do something to top the low flying 747 photo op they laid on the folks of NY not so long ago.

This is not a very helpful map. Foley Square is at Centre Street, a few blocks north of City Hall. It’s opposite one of the courthouses. Just follow the street (Centre Street) that is on the east side of City Hall, a few blocks north.

I really wish we could join you all tomorrow for this very important rally, but we have plans to celebrate my mother's birthday... plans that have been in place for a long time, and would be very tough to change at this point.

But— I’m still recovering from knee replacement and it is slower than I hoped. Standing for a while -— and the walking to and from keeps me away.
