Where the parents are born is of no consequence if the child is born on US soil.

The child is automatically a natural born citizen of the country.

If the parents are not citizens, the child is not eligible to be president. Everything else yes.

Besides, you don't know where he was born nor who the father was. I, the son of a foreign national mother know those facts about myself and so do most Americans.

Let's see. Outside of the birther circus there is no compelling evidence that Obama was born anywhere besides Hawaii and outside of the birther circus nobody is buying this absurd definition of Natural Born Citizen that requires both parents to be U.S. citizens.

The original quote said NOTHING about place of birth, or NBC status. Even so Dr Fukino has neither authority, nor expertise to grant NBC status!

The REAL quote, only stated that Stinky has a BC.

No other details were stated or revealed in the original EXACT statement.

Dr. Fukino issued two different statements. The one you are referring to was her original statement issued in October of 2008. She then issued a second statement this past July of 2009.

The only mention of his alleged Kenyan birth during the Senate campaign came from African news sources, not Obama and and his team.

BTW, the author of the posted article in this thread appears to be either ignorant or deliberately silent regarding the constitutional ramifications of Obama's place of birth.

It should be noted that, immediately after Obama's election victory for POTUS last November, the Kenyan ambassador to the US stated orally during an interview by a Detroit radio station that Obama was born in Kenya, and three different Kenyan parliamentarians stated so as well (according to the minutes of the Kenyan Parliament).

I missed hearing Krauthammer this evening, but his saying that BO was reared in Indonesia is quite significant! One could not be ?reared in Indonesia? at that time without giving up US citizenship (if he did in fact have it to begin with). It is my understanding that Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship.

I can testify, I observed, Charles Krauthammer say, President Obama was raised as I was..not BORN and raised in America. Kruathammer said, Obama was raised in Indonesia.
