-35 among independents should get vulnerable Dems pretty queasy about health care, cap and trade, ... The maddening thing about this current bunch of cretins is that I'm not sure it will have the appropriate impact.
Imagine what his numbers would be with a fair media!
Hopefully we have enough real Americans who will vote this impostor out of office at the end of his first term.
Now, that’s an insight. Thanks.
It’s a long way to go till 2012 or even 2010. If this were August 2010 and not Nov 2009 I’d feel more confident. But some improving job numbers, an agreement, even if paper thin, with iran on nukes, and the lack of an identifiable GOP program could bring the haloed one back to 55% and his strong approvals up to 40%. If the strongly disapprove can go to 45-47% and be sustained till Easter then we can be confident, but here at Thanksgiving it’s just too early.
I think his Afgan announcement will include a Afgan Tax.
He'll be blasted for voting present AGAIN.
Bittersweet.
I am in heartfelt agreement.
I’ve thought about that too.
He’ll get to a point where he’s done all he can for the “movement”, then they’ll sacrifice him for one last hurrah.
You have to admit, it would probably work. And then he becomes an immediate martyr. Saint Barack. Just like w/ JFK.
Of course maybe we just have too much tin foil on...
I pray daily for President Obama’s health and safety.
I pray daily for utter collapse of his Marxist designs.
Agree.
My ex husband is a black man. His wife is also black and they both are so in love with Obama(her more) it is obvious they’ll defend him no matter what just because of his race. Nevermind his half white like my son with my ex is. But maybe they’ll start bending and saying he’s not black enough. Who knows. It’s pathetic.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Bittersweet? Yeah, he’s doing a lot of damage. He actually started with a lot of good will both at home and around the world.
He could have risen to the job and surprised us all. It was a long shot but possible. I’m actually sorry he’s turned out to be exactly what we FReepers thought he was before the election.
I get no joy seeing him and his leftist allies tear this country down.
We’ve had an attack on our shores under his watch. It happened at Ft. Hood.
Imagine the reaction here if he gets to -20 or below 40% approval overall!
What is an A.B. degree?
Halperin was born into a Jewish family in Bethesda, Maryland, where he attended Walt Whitman High School. After learning the Japanese language for two years there, he spent the summer of 1982 living with a family in Japan under the auspices of Youth for Understanding. After graduating high school in 1983, he earned an A.B. degree from Harvard University in 1987. He and brothers David and Gary are the sons of Morton Halperin and Ina Young.
Someone needs to wake soros up, his puppet needs maintenance.... fast.
Yes, and the 45% approval is a new low also, those are the two figures I look at the most, although the 42% strongly disapprove is also great.
It’s an attack WE recognize for what it is, but to the media, it’s a nut who just “cracked under pressure.” A larger one, in a major city, though, could be a disaster not only for those hurt or killed, but for the Constitution.
IIRC, at the time of the American Revolution, about 33% of the colonists wanted to revolt against England, about 33% didn’t care much one way or the other, and about 33% approved of the King’s rule.
I guess that’s the way it goes.
Look at it this way: we’ve got more than 33% who see the need to revolt at this time. (I honestly think we are facing more serious potential tyranny than the Colonists could even dream of out of the King in 1776.)
