The Death Blow to Climate Science (Great read!)

Global Warming is often called a hoax. I disagree because a hoax has a humorous intent to puncture pomposity. In science, such as with the Piltdown Man hoax, it was done to expose those with fervent but blind belief. The argument that global warming is due to humans, known as the anthropogenic global warming theory (AGW) is a deliberate fraud. I can now make that statement without fear of contradiction because of a remarkable hacking of files that provided not just a smoking gun, but an entire battery of machine guns.

So what other form of global ‘disaster’ will they come up with in order to try to control us? Aliens from outer space coming to attack?
If this one finally bites the dust, they’ll think of something else. I hope people don’t swallow the koolaid again. There’s probably going to be fools who still believe in man-made global warming no matter what the facts say.

I used to call it a hoax, but I now call it a fraud.
True.
It was designed to suck funds from governments, via taxes, into self-interested concerns.
To quote Judge Judy: "Follow the money."
Who got and are getting rich off of this fraud?
The trouble is, who can investigate? Major world governments can't, because they voted for the various funding bills. Look at how many of our own politicians have been 'sold' on this fraud just during the last decade.
Massive amounts of $money have exchanged hands. And government entities have been the brokers.
How many $billions has this fraud cost taxpayers throughout the world?

Since the info was gotten illegally, I guess these crooks cant be prosecuted? No, the evidence would be admissible as long as it wasn't the government that stole the evidence.
They won't be prosecuted because the Government is part of the conspiracy.

I wonder if it was really a hacker or if it was a disgusted, disillusioned insider.
Either way, well done!

That's quite the J'accuse. Dr. Ball, being a Canadian like myself, might wind up facing a lawsuit for defamation because he used the words "deliberate fraud."Do your courts allow discovery? If these frauds try to being a suit against him he can request all of their documents involving global warming. And really blow the lid off of this thing.

That may not apply. Even if private corporate interests were involved, the funds were mostly through government grants and programs. Thus, the taxpayers have an explicit interest. Something like the whistle-blower protection act may have a higher priority than the act of hacking the computers.
Also, in these kinds of things, it is additional cover-ups that create more jail sentences than the initial fraud. And you can bet officials on both sides (government and private recipients) are trying to find ways to cover their involvement.
The global carbon footprint created from the document shredders and hard drive erasures is going to be massive. lol

Best line of the article: “Jones claims the files were obtained illegally as if that absolves the content. It doesnt and it is enough to destroy all their careers.”

A lot of powerful people have a lot invested in the Global Warming theory so I suspect these miscreants will not have their careers destroyed as they deserve, but they will lose influence.
The Global Warming fraud is another one of those "too big to fail" entities. Governments have pumped too much money into it and too many private companies have vested interest in it.

“Since the info was gotten illegally, I guess these crooks cant be prosecuted?”
In this type of case, where much worse crimes than distribution of the information occurred, the whistleblower (I believe this was an inside job myself) is absolved, and the guilty prosecuted. At least here in the US. Besides, all of this came from a publicly funded institution, and should have been accessible under FOIA laws over there. I understand a flood of new requests were made yesterday. ;-)
We’ll see how it goes, but I’m guessing the guilty at CRU didn’t sleep too well last night.
