1. THE UNITED STATES WILL NOT APOLGIZE FOR DEFENDING & PROMOTING LIBERTY: We do not say we're sorry to other nations, organizations, or individuals for our involvement in world affairs in defense of our citizens' life and liberty, and in defense of our national and vital interests. We count interfering with and bringing down tyrants and dictators like Hitler, Mussolini, Tojo, Stalin, Mao, Noriega, Hussein, the Taliban, Al Quida and others as an honor. We bow to NOONE in this regard and demand that our elected and appointed officials not do so. If similar individuals, nations, or groups threaten our citizens or vital interests in the future, we will become involved again against them and any nation that harbors or abetts them. Our military will be funded to be the master of all and the equal of none in the air, on land, on (and under) the sea, and in space to accomplish its mission of defending America.

2. THE UNITED STATES WILL STOP PLAYING WORLD NURSE-MAID AND COP TO BELLIGERENT NATIONS: We will gladly help friends and allies who seek it, and station our personnel, our equipment, and vessels and aircraft to the extent necessary to assist. We will also swiftly and with finality bring retribution and destruction on those nations who seek to destroy our people, our liberty, or our vital insterests. But we will also forthwith remove our troops and their help from any nation where we deem that they are not wanted or needed, and focus only on defending this nation and on helping those allies who make it clear that they desire that help. All other units will be brought home.

3. THE UNITED STATES WILL SECURE ITS BORDERS: Those military units returning home and our national guard will be used immediately to whatever extent necessary to secure our own borders, with the principle emphasis on our southern border. No illegal entry allowed, period.

4. ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS MUST LEAVE THE COUNTRY: No amnesty for illegals...none! Any illegal aliens within the borders of our nation will have 90 days to report themselves to authorities and peacefully leave. Any of them who are not otherwise criminals, and do not have ties to enemies of our nation will be deported. Criminals and those affiliated with our enemies will be incarcerated for a period of time commencorate with their crimes and WILL help build a double, fully secure fence and road system along the entire extent of our southern border.

5. ILLEGALS NOT LEAVING VOLUNTARILY WILL BE FOUND, PROSECUTED, INCARCERATED, & DEPORTED: After the 90 day period all remaining illegal aliens will be sought out and incarcerated, and then deported, regardless of whom they are or where they came from. While incarcerated, as stated, they will help build and maintain our southern border fence system. Any individual who departs peacefully within the first 90 days and who are not criminals or affiliated with enemies of our nation, will receive postive consideration for the normal immigration process, in the order they are received. Any illegal alien we have to capture and deport will receive none...ever. It is our intent to use these measures as an incentive for the vast majority of illegal alines to self-deport before we have to round them up. Business who hire illegals will face severe criminal punishment, including fines and incarceration.

6. THE UNITED STATES WILL ENFORCE DIRECT, UNAMBIGUOUS IMMIGRATION LAWS: All future visitors will be thoroughly checked at border entry points and limited to a 90 day temporary visa if they have any legal and valid reason to visit our nation. They may obtain a special work or student visa for a longer period, but must submit to a review of their status every 90 days. Anyone who misses their report period, or who overstays their visa will be treated as illegal aliens. See steps 4 and 5 above. No one from any terrorist or enemy nation, or who has any ties to them, will be allowed within our borders under any cirumstances. In addition, our agencies will use an administrative interpretation and ruling to disallow any more anchor baby provisions for anyone who is not a citizen of this country. If their visa allows it, their children can stay here with them as long as they are allowed to stay, otherwise, they will be sent back to their country of origin with their children.

7. THE UNITED STATES EMBRACES LIFE, AND THE GOD-GIVEN RIGHT TO LIFE: The wanton killing and termination of the life of unborn children for any reason outside of the very real, verified, and immediate mortal danger to the life of the mother shall be criminalized. Because of the clear statistical, common sense, and proven benefit to society...adoption to traditional nuclear familes will be promoted and established as a high priority imperative. Instead of depending on an illegal alien class to provide our lower income work, we shall promote the birth of our own citizens as opposed to their slaughter, and encourage those youth to gain experience and a foothold in a vibrant and growing economy made possible by these 12 steps by ensuring they do not have to compete with individuals who are aliens and illegal to our society.

8. THE UNITED STATES WILL BECOME ENERGY SELF SUFFICIENT WITHIN FIVE YEARS: Oil fields, oil sands, oil shales, coal, coal shales, nuclear, wind, geo-thermal, hydro, and any other energy source within our borders or off our shores will be exploited immediately and responsibly.

9. WE SAID, THE UNITED STATES WILL BECOME ENERGY SELF SUFFICIENT: As Saudi and other foriegn oil supply prices fall to try and forestall our production efforts, within one year we will offer those nations who seek through their cartels and other alliances to control energy in the US, precisely $10 a barrel for their oil. If they don't like it, they can go somewhere else to sell their production...and watch it overflow their storage facilities to the point where they begin drinking it for their afternoon tea breaks. In other words, they can go pound sand, emphasis and pun intended. This does not apply to our close allies (ie. Canada and others) whom we will trade with in a true free trade (see step number 10) and free market manner. In the mean time, we will tighten our belts and make due until our own production in all of these areas makes up any difference...and a LOT of American citizens will be gainfully employed to make sure it happens now, and keeps happening throughout the future.

10. THE UNITED STATES WILL ESTABLISH & CONDUCT TRUE FREE TRADE IN OUR OWN INTERESTS: Future free trade practices will have free and open trade with our allies and friends who share our values, our liberty, our republican principles, and our way of life. To the extent that other belligerent or apathetic nations move towards those values, our free market will be purposely used as a incentive to that end. We will impose tarriffs and taxes on any nation not well disposed or friendly towards those ends making it difficult and costly for them to engage us economically or lure our vital industries off-shore to those belligerent nation's own benefit, which benefit is anthema to our own. We will remove taxes and onerous regulation from our own companies to ensure that our agriculture, our manufacturing, our textiles, our communications, and our other vital industries remain within our own borders, emplyoying our own citizens to as great an extent as possible and practicable. And, oh, by the way, we will immediately move to re-establish the free market within our own country, Outside of absolute, life or death, mortal (to our republic), imminent national defense concerns, there will be no government take overs of private industry, no so-called stimulus packages, no cap and trade, no carbon credits, or anything of the sort.

11. THE UNITED STATES WILL CONDUCT SENSIBLE FOREIGN AID WHICH BENEFITS AMERICA:In the event of future tsunamis, earth quakes, famine or other natural catastrophies in the world, the U.S. government will only respond and help those nations who have established, peaceful, friendly and allied relations with us and proven it by their actions. It is our experience that in other, belligerent nations, very little of the help actually gets to those who need it...or appreciate it and its source. Those others can pray to Allah or whomever else they feel will deliver them food, water, seeds, cement or anything else they need...that is, if the people in those nations can get the material away from the corrupt officials in their own government and the UN (see Step 12)...or if those nations come to their senses and see the value in becoming our friends and allies, embracing our values, our fundamental republican principles, our free market and liberty. Private charities are free to help wherever they choose, as long as they do not give aid and comfort to enemies of this nation. When they do, they are no longer a charity, but an enemy themselves. We will be watching and responding accordingly.

12. THE UNITED STATES WILL LEAVE THE UN AND EJECT IT FROM AMERICA: Finally, speaking of the UN, we shall immediately rescind and vacate our membership in that body. The UN will have 90 days to move its headquarters away from the United States to a place where other nations can foot their insidous bill. We don't need the corruption, the spies, the enemies, the constant drain on our resource for initiatives that are purposely used against our interests. We will tolerate this no longer.The UN headquarters building will then serve as an interim lockup for illegal aliens captured in the northeast United States for two years. After that time, it will serve as a homeless shelter for another two years, and then be condemed and torn down and the land made available for commerical and profitable development.

These are a start. The most fundamental thing we can and must do is return, as rapidly as possible, to true constituional governance in this nation.

If anybody wants to appreciate the possibility, if not probability, of a higher, divine power over the Universe, all they need to do is study physics.
