Pastor James David Manning, one of President Obama’s most vocal and outspoken critics, has just released a video in which he claims that on the afternoon of November 16th, 2009, while at his ATLAH World Missionary Church, he was visited by two CIA agents. Manning says the agents claimed that they were from Homeland Security and were accompanied by two NYPD Detectives.
Pastor Manning also said he expects to be arrested within the next few days and charged with “the threat against the life of a U.S. President”, and that he believes that his arrest is “imminent”.

The CIA is not a law enforcement agency and has no legal powers within the United States except maybe their counter-intelligence/security guys with regards to internal CIA matters. FBI or Secret Service would have been the ones responsible.

CIA is not a law enforcement agency and has no jurisdiction within the United States. The only reason CIA agents would be accompanying law enforcement agents - and they would most likely be FBI - would be if a CIA employee was involved in some way.
They do have interagency “task forces” but those, AFAIK, consist of LEO types - FBI/DoJ/ATF/DEA/Treasury/Marshalls, etc.

In my opinion, what they did to this man was a heck of a lot worse than what he said about the glorious leader. It’s like this country has turned into Stalins Russia overnight. “Why would Homeland Security be involved in this ? that is the job of the secret service.”
Homeland Security paid Rev. Manning a visit because it is the home of FEMA and under coup conditions (Obama’s illegitimate ascendancy to the U.S. Presidency) FEMA is the appropriate “strong arm of the law.” The visit by the agents was not about protecting Obama (as was its stated premise), the visit was about silencing Rev. Manning.
