CIA is not a law enforcement agency and has no jurisdiction within the United States. The only reason CIA agents would be accompanying law enforcement agents - and they would most likely be FBI - would be if a CIA employee was involved in some way.

They do have interagency “task forces” but those, AFAIK, consist of LEO types - FBI/DoJ/ATF/DEA/Treasury/Marshalls, etc.
