Okay you red-blooded Americans...let's see how you do on this test... 24 out of 30 is considered a passing grade.
Supposedly 96% of all high school Seniors FAILED this test. AND if that's not bad enough, 50% + of all individuals over 50 did too!!
Take the test and be surprised at what we don't know.

I found a fun QUIZ on introductory level United States History. Don't take it too seriously. It contains 30 multiple choice questions with 4 choices for each one. If you are as old as I am (Born in 1948)or older , went to school back when they taught U.S. History, and still have possesion of most of your faculties, you will do well.
Perfect score! Maybe you should run for President!
NUTTS!. A perfect score qualifies me to do nothing but work until I drop and continue to pay taxes like everyone else. I don't know what score qualifies me to run for The Office Of The President of the United States these days. I do know that a score of 5 or less would qualify anyone to get free health care for the rest of their life paid for by folks who can get a passing grade on this test.
well I got two wrong - total number of ammendments, and which one was valid and in force. not bad for an old guy, I reckon
I got four wrong, also the ones about amendments. I think we “older” people are the only ones who can answer these questions.
I got 22. The questions about the various numbered amendments really nailed me.
However 22 is above average for my age group and state. A refresher course could help me pick up that extra 8 points.
Obama said he had visited all 57 states.
I am guessing a score of less than 5 for the Obamination.
I also firmly believe that the average Free Republican scores over 25.
Stupid mistake, 50 states/ 100 Senators
I thought to be impeached, ALL of congress had to vote 'yes'. Oh, well.
Scored 27!! Some tough questions in there about Constitutional Amendments.
Your Score is 25
Congratz, you Pass! You should be proud.
I bombed on the Amendment questions and Official Language of the US question.
I got 26 right. I missed the ammendment in force and total that were not ratified, forgot that Ike was borne in Texas and forgot about Andrew Johnson being impeached as well as Slick.
I scored a 24, the amendment questions nailed me...
I got 25/30...one of my errors was just a stupid mistake because I was going to fast. And I was shocked that the US has NO official language!
26/30 here.
Over 50 and barely passed. (24)
Long time since I studied history.
Your Score is 29
Near Perfect! This was a difficult test, you should be proud!
heh!
27 out of 30. Not bad. All three missed were on more obscure amendment questions.
27. Got the obscure Amendment issues wrong.
A few of the questions are uh....who cares?
Score 26.
26/30
...stupid mistakes of not reading, and answering too fast. But, it isn’t that easy unless you know the answers!
