Move over, red wine. Make room for chocolate milk. A new study suggests that regular consumption of skim milk with flavonoid-rich cocoa may reduce inflammation, potentially slowing or preventing development of atherosclerosis. Researchers noted, however, that the effect was not as pronounced as that seen with red wine.
Scientists in Barcelona, Spain, recruited 47 volunteers ages 55 and older who were at risk for heart disease. Half were given 20-gram sachets of soluble cocoa powder to drink with skim milk twice a day, while the rest drank plain skim milk. After one month, the groups were switched.
Blood tests found that after participants drank chocolate milk twice a day for four weeks, they had significantly lower levels of several inflammatory biomarkers, though some markers of cellular inflammation remained unchanged...

Well, I think I’ll have a couple more glasses of Pinot Noir. I try to avoid chocolate, though lordy! I do love it so.
Chocolate ALWAYS makes me break out in acne and boils. After those studies were done in the 1970s stating that chocolate didn’t cause acne and pimples, I went out, bought chocolate, and feasted. Within 48 hours I broke out in pimples all over my face, neck, chest and upper back. That was harsh lesson - you can’t always believe studies promoted by industry.
I don’t drink fake milk with all its dead mutations, mainly because of what is being said in relation to coronary heart disease. Either way it is still dead and without enzymes, not that I expect anyone to be into raw food. The thing about chocolate is somehow there is a high contamination with lead.

Yep, there all kinds of stories from the people that give us arsenic in chicken saying it is for disease and just happens to make them gain wieght faster and people that let mercury go into the hfcs supply, which is incredible when you think about it in a poison in a poison kind of way. I guess it all proves that industrial waste in the water that is euphanized as fluoride really does work in destroying IQ and making people docile.
