As long as he gets a hanging judge and the entire jury is made up of the 9/11 victim’s families, justice will be served.
Eric Holder should be tried in a civilian court.
KSM will not be on trial in New York though his cameo appearance will be a recruiting bonanza for Al Qaeda.
George Bush, Dick Cheney and assorted CIA and Justice Dept lawyers will be on trial.
And just like the blind Sheiks trial the bad guys will glean plenty of intel and plenty of new jihadis.
There is no upside to this. None, nada, zippo.

Watch for a NYC hostage crisis or bomb threat by militant USA homegrown muslim morons as they call for the release of these goons. I would predict ritual beheadings of hostages taken as barter. They can even run it from outside the US using the internet.
My suggestion is that we offer the lives of Obama, Michelle, Holder, Reid and Pelosi in exchange, and keep the prisoners! No sense trading Biden, he's too stupid!

This asinine, political decision is so fraught with errors, it boggles the mind. First, in a military court, the length of time the insurgents were held in captivity is not an issue, nor is the way the information was obtained.
Once they receive civilian counsel, there will be a massive number of motions to dismiss the charges on the part of the murdering scum. They’ll range from a violation of the Sixth Amendment (right to a speedy trial), the confessions were coerced via waterboarding and that they were never read they Miranda rights.
If they get a tradition New York left wing loon judge, I can see the charges being dismissed and them being set free with the court’s most sincere apologies.
If this were to happen, the only upside would be the Dems would suffer a massive loss at the mid term elections and Obama’s agenda would be permanently derailed and he’ll go down in history as the worst President ever.
