ALEXANDRIA, Va. - The former Louisiana congressman who famously hid $90,000 cash in his freezer and was later convicted of federal bribery charges on Friday was sentenced to 13 years in prison.

Yeah, we NEED term limits, Captain Obvious. But no congress will EVER allow that to happen. If you believe the term limits can be instituted, you must also believe in the tooth fairy. De Facto term limits, however, are another matter. If you vote YOUR congresscrook out of office next November, we will be 2/435ths of the way there (check my tagline).

For those unfamiliar with the federal system this means he WILL spend at least a few months more than 11 years in prison. There is no parole and 85% of a federal sentence is the mandatory minimum. Bye bye Cold cash see you in 2021.
