Question for all - or any - of the legal-eagles out there...
Since Owens has already been sworn-in, would the subsequent discovery that he actually *lost* the election make any difference??

All Blowhard Gore did in 2000.
After his concession speech, the DemonRAT leadership told him they might be able to gin up enough “votes” in Florida.
Then the Blowhard decided to “un-concede”.

Yes.
If it can be shown that he did not legitimately win, the swearing-in ceremony is meaningless.
Just as it would be with the 0bozo if the SCOTUS had the spine necessary to assure its legitimacy.

Should he win the recount, he should apologize and graciously accept the position (apologies cure every ill these days). We're a representative republic. If his votes are indeed valid, and he wins, the job should be his. The people chose.
If he ends up losing the recount, the same rule applies to his opponent. His opponent gets the job.
"Guessing" or "assuming" who the winner is in advance is unconstitutional. It's the actual votes that matter.

We said it the day of the election. Hoffman was too quick to concede. A Hoffman win now would absolutely blow bammi and his cult zombies’ balloon into oblivion.
pelosi would have to “unwin” and that would just make my whole month.

Interesting, but keep in mind that many of these absentee ballots were cast before Scozzafava left the race. This may help Hoffman because she was competing with Owens for the liberal vote (hopefully).

He should not have conceeded until all the votes were counted. Thank Newt and Dede for getting ObamaCare passed in the House. Newt is a real POS.

Why in the hell are conservatives always throwing in the towel?! There isn’t anybody that thought, “hmm...let’s wait before the votes are all counted”!? You know damn well that dems would “un-concede”! So...un-concede!

Let’s say it turns out Hoffman had won, would Owen’s hellcare vote be nullified?
To: eCSMaster
“Can one un-concede?
algore did in 2000. In 2004 Frenchy wanted to until he couldn’t get anyone to pay for his recount in Ohio. The basic rule on paper ballots is that we do better, but 3000 votes better may be a stretch.

would Owens hellcare vote be nullified? It should be. Owens wouldn't be a representative. He wouldn't be representing anyone but himself, right?
