I imagine our smugglers are doing quite well right now. They’re even expanding into kidnapping across the border too.

Happy recovered nicely after spinning out early on in that race. And he needed that after his Cup season this year.
Ain’t saying nothing about any minnow bait. Never quite understood people that ate fish out of cans anyway.

My childhood was traumatized by my father forcing me to strip to my BVDs and man a seine with him in the snake infested ditches of Fresno County so he could use the Carp Minnows to fish for Bass for that nights dinner. Then I was recruited to keep the wires out of the weeds while my mother drove the 38 Chevy that were attached to the spotlight my father used while gigging Bull Frogs at night during WWII. The spotlight came off the 38 Chevy but he put it all back together just before my brothers came from Europe and reclaimed their car.
Did I mention that these were the same snake infested ditches that I was forced to go into up to my neck three days before. That man could catch fish and frogs and grow the best watermellons in the great Valley. He was among the first to operate a crawler tractor and could level land by sight...

Is the driver going to be able to recoup his losses from the Pelican that distracted him and caused him to park in the marsh?
OTOH, you would be distracted too if you had never seen a Pelican plunge into the water for his next meal...

I watched another shot which showed him going in... splash. I figured he was distracted by someone taking his picture. Everybody oughta carry a picture/video phone.

Denny basically threatened to take out Keselowski next week. Wonder if there will be a trailer discussion.
The thing is, while it’s true that Brad wrecks a lot of guys, in this case, Hamlin got into the back of him and sent up the track first.

You didn’t warn me about the bad bad language but what a stroke of luck to be filming it prior to and including the crash..

We’ll have dinner here with daughter and her family. Son and wife go to Portland for their yearly Christmas shopping and shows week. My job is to supply a clean new 5 gallon bucket to brine the bird in and then slicing it with the electric knife. I snagged a recipe for Make Ahead Gravy from that thread but what’s her name will have to give it her seal of approval. I watched an old Modified Race that Smoke won... AGAIN

I’ve made the turkey for the past 30 years, time now to hand off the chore. Just have to teach her how to do it right.
At least I don’t have to get up in the middle of the night to go over and start, sil has to work so it will be a late dinner.
Was watching the dirt trackin too and go interrupted at the end. Glad you told me who won because that would have bothered me all night. ;)
