I've noticed that Democrats are usually in control of, or the reason for running over pedestrians.
Hillary Clinton, Tom Lantos, Ellen Taucher, Feinstein's husband Blum, I think there's more, and they usually don't stop for any reason.

"Suitland Parkway and Naylor Road" That's odd for a pedestrian to be there. It's HIGH traffic intersection with virtually no pedestrians anywhere - in fact, there's really nothing at that intersection except open field, unless I'm thinking of another intersection.

Were they speeding? The Secret Service usually travels WAY above the posted speed limits... And the armored "limo's" they drive are extremely heavy and slower to respond to the brakes than a normal car... most of the time when they're involved in a fatal accident it's because they ran right over the motorcycle escorts ...

Let’s be fair.
This was NOT The Motorcade. It was vehicles dispatched from the motorcade and returning home.
2nd of all, even if it was the actual motorcade for the VP, it’s not his fault. It wasn’t even a limo.
