Carrie Prejean on Tuesday defended a recently surfaced erotic video of her as a youthful indiscretion and questioned whether it could actually be called a sex tape since no one else appears in it.
Prejean admitted to making the video of herself and sending it to her boyfriend when she was 17 years old.

But to expand...do I think it’s fair what they are doing to this woman? Absolutely not. It’s a telling sign of just how low some people will go to silence a person with another point of view. HOWEVER...if she just fesses up and comes TOTALLY clean instead of placing conditions on what she was doing, it would go a long way to making this whole sordid affair go away. Kind of Clintonesque, what she’s doing, by saying it “wasn’t sex”. Maybe not intercourse, but I’ll bet your paycheck it was of a sexual NATURE. Care to take that bet?
If she was 17 when the tape was made and she is not clothed then the tape is illegal and must be destroyed by child porn laws.
She has denied any sex...there have been no reputable reports of her masterbating on the video...it is scurious rumor basically. She admits she sent a personal video over her phone to her then boyfriend and admits she was naked, but she emphatically denies there was any sex. I will take her work on it before those who are persecuting her and every other conservative that they can.
It is none of your business nor mine or anyone elses about this. It is being used to simply hurt her. It has no relevancy to anything really. So, quit buying into the cheap gossip and act gentlemanly or lady like and give the poor gal the benefit of the doubt that she is telling the truth. Also, learn how to discern what the truth is from the propaganda of the media...it is difficult at first but you will find the clues if you really look for them.
Scythian, thanks for the NSFW warning. This one is a half a minute shorter but is more intense.
Hey, I’m not arguing that it’s none of our business—it’s obviously not. But it was exposed, and you know the old saw of there being three sides to all stories. In this case, I believe the truth lies much closer to her side than the other side, but you really can’t deny she hasn’t shaded her side to at least TRY to make herself look good. Personally, I could have gone the rest of my life not knowing about this, but as is also said, confession is good for the soul. She’s told us about 90 percent, IMO. It’s that other pesky 10 percent that’s keeping this whole story alive.
Can’t be true. Too many FReepers in the earlier threads said there was no such video.
Great, now I’m gay ...
You are being dogmatic OCCASparky...you know you are wrong yet you continue to argue...
Ayn Rand knew this tactic all too well. They have no morals, and so they try to use our morality against us.
Conservatives should never attack another conservative for personal immorality. Attacks should be limited to what one advocates in public and their voting record if they are in public office.
lol...... Can’t even come to FR without getting Rick Rolled.....:P
I disagree to a point....I think that there is a way to judge others as hypocrites if they say one thing - but do not live up to their own standards as they presently live their lives....and that they are willing to state that the substandard way they may have lived in the past is not the way they live their lives today.
Redemption is something that should be available to all who seek it.
The ability to ask for forgivness of past behaviors is one example of good personal character that I look for.
The ability to live up to your own standards - and not someone elses standards -- with self assured confidence -- is the trait of a strong person......Prejean shows some of these qualities....and she is still a young woman. I respect her.
