Well, Michelle might have explained what SWT meant.

First I googled it and found "Standard Widget Toolkit."

So I googled it again, with "Islam," and found the following:

SWT: This is the Acronym for "Subhanahu wa ta'ala" meaning "Allah is pure of having partners and He is exalted from having a son."

In other words, this is the standard Muslim back of the hand to Christians, who believe in the Trinity, and more particularly in Jesus as God and Savior.
