I’m sure that the ACLU and plenty of the Amerikan Trial Lawyers are lining up to defend the “victim” for free.

I'll bet you're right. Want to bet which side the New York Times has "sympathy" for?

I regret to even think that the Army will be Hasan’s best friend here. They have the most to lose. Therefore they will edit out and keep quiet all the damaging statements Hasan may make about his jihad.

Speaking of lawyers, I was wondering - given the increasing evidence of “signs” that were missed or ignored about Hasan - if the victims’ families are able to sue the Army and DOD for obvious incompetence and/or intentional malfeasance that resulted in their loved ones being slaughtered?
Don’t know the legal issues/protections for the Feds. But, if they were aware of this ticking Muzzie time bomb and elected to do nothing but shuffle him out of Walter Reed to another posting, someone should be held accountable.

Don't forget that Hasan is paralyzed now, so he's handicapped. A protected minority. Perhaps Texas will be forced to construct a gallows with a handicap access ramp rather than stairs.

It will be a military Court-Martial. Wanna bet which side the military officers on the court have sympathy for?
