I have to give it to the Dems. They were able to round up 220 corrupt sacks of crap that lied their way into passing legislation that would trample on the liberty and freedom so many of our ancestors died for.

Thank you for being the voice of reason. I’m tired of these fatalistic jackasses on this thread. I’m not making light of this bill passing, but the fact is, the way the House is set up, the majority can ram through just about anything they want....change rules, etc.

The senate that may or may not be passed will not resemble the House version. If, and that’s a big if, the senate passes a bill, it will have to be reconciled with the House version, and then BOTH houses will have to pass it all over again with the changes made. That is a long ways away, and THAT is the vote we really need to watch.

In the end, yeah, tonight sucks.....but we are several steps away from this coming to fruition.

Thank you for your kind words. At the very least, my physician brethern will not become wards of the state, and I can clearly say that slavery was outlawd by the constitution of the USA. I am working on my MBA to change careers if need be...

But I still maintain this is DOA in the senate. As for the others who are crying about reconciliation, all reconcialiation bills sunset (I think in 5 years) and there is unlimited debate and amendment allowed int he process. Let them try reconciliation and see that NOTHING else happens in the senate...it would be a gigantically stupid thing for Reid to try, and he knows it. Reconciliation is a nonstarter.

You took the words I have been yelling since this POS passed. I will NEVER stop fighting tyranny. Drastic times call for drastic measures. We all knew they were going to do this, we have protested and they do not care. It is time for increased intensity in our approach. We all need to think rationally and form a strategic plan to defeat this administration. A lot of us have military experience...we need to start our planning and prep. Where do you acquire this wisdom? RATS have 60 seats and they will all have their knee caps busted by dead fish Emanuel if they are thinking they don't like the Senate bill - this is what happened in the House. Piglosi was told get it done and she did. Harry has the same marching orders. This Administration is a DICTATORSHIP every bit as much as his friend down south. There are no separation of powers between Article I and Article II anymore.
