Year After Obama vs. McCain It's Obama vs. the Economy, Could Undo Obama and Democrats
ABC News ^ | November 6, 2009 | By GARY LANGER

For all that's transpired since his election as president, public opinion has not moved on the big issue, the current economy. The question a year later is how long Obama's got until it goes up, or he goes down – possibly with his party in tow.

Health care reform draws a divided public response as well, with support for a variety of initiatives coupled with significant concern that they could do more harm than good.

Some of Obama's best ratings lately have been in handling international affairs, contrary to questions during the 2008 campaign about his readiness for the global stage. His upcoming trip to Asia plays to that strength, and changes the subject, at a time he could use it.

But when he returns, Afghanistan, health care – and especially the economy – will be waiting.

Not while he’s filling the inner cities with that, “Free Obama money, from his stash.”

Best ratings from whom? The Nobel Peace Prize Committee? Afghanistan is part of international affairs and that is a mess. So are the Middle East Peace talks, which are now in disarray. Obama has pissed on our allies in Poland and the Czech Republic. The Iranians are thumbing their noses at us. The list goes on and on. All hat, no cattle.

More like international apologies.

Maybe he could sell that Nobel medal and buy a one-way ticket back from whence he came? Kenya? Hawaii? I don’t care...

“Majorities were ‘very’ worried – and they voted Republican by wide margins, 61-34 percent in New Jersey, 77-23 percent in Virginia.”

Wow! I hadn’t realized the spread! I guess they can’t cheat unless it’s close, so we’d better get our ducks in a row for 2010. :)

That’s the title of a great book about voter fraud written by Hugh Hewitt a few years ago. Should be a must-read for anyone who loves this country.

They are talking about NON MINORITY voters not the total election results

The Baraqqi coalition can deliver 40% no matter what.
They need to split the opposition to have a shot.
I believe Soros will be funding RINOs bigtime.

The question a year later is how long Obama's got until it goes up, or he goes down – possibly with his party in tow.

and the answer is:

they plan on using the next 3 years to redistribute the wealth - they don't plan on improving the economy until election year 2012 (else why can they 'predict' there will be on COLA for Soc. Sec. for the next 3 years?)

Supposedly, they calculate the COLA on energy prices??? Why? That's hardly the only area of increased costs of living. My property taxes alone went up over 30% - while the real estate market went DOWN 30% -

It will interesting to see how high the COLA will be if they get through their cap 'n trade . After all, obummer did promise that it would cause our energy bills to "sky rocket" = betcha they'll be calculating COLA's on a different method if that happens. They have more convoluted ways to work their will than ole Carter had of his infamous liver pills.

Oh, yeah. Wisconsin had a LOT of ACORN-related fraud last time around and for many years prior to that. A few people are in prison for it now, but not NEARLY enough of them!

Even some of the denizens of DummyUnderground are disturbed about the economy. Some of the morons are wondering where the green jobs are. These people are delusional.

For the VA numbers, that's right. The NJ numbers are accurate for the state-wide finals ... factoring in the margin of fraud ;-)
