Please call me skeptical. It's a label I proudly wear. Since my first day of second grade, when I traded my homemade chocolate-chip cookies for a smooth-talking fourth-grader's out-of-ink ballpoint pen, I've been a wary consumer.
So, if a presidential candidate tries to hand me a barebones certificate of live birth in lieu of a valid, long-form birth certificate, my skeptical antennae go on alert. I automatically question his motives and whether or not he may be trying to play a little fast and loose with the U.S. Constitution. When that same president purportedly spends over a million dollars on legal fees, merely to keep a simple document sealed, then I'm starting to become curiouser and curiouser.

Of course, -0- bama now occupies the oval office still, I believe, this article remains relevant today.
Although the birthers have been painted by the main stream media as wing-nuts and tinfoil hat conspiracy kooks (pick your favorite pejorative) I find them to be representative of what used to be referred to as everyday -- main stream -- Americans.
So what distinguishes birthers from other Americans?
Not much!
You MIGHT Be a Birther if:
You have a DEEP respect for our founding Fathers and the Constitution they so framed.
You believe FIRMLY in equality under the law.
You understand that individual sovereignty (freedom) is a Natural (God given) right NOT granted by government.
You understand that our elected officials are OUR (the peoples) servants and NOT the other way around.
You understand that the constitution belongs to the people and considers it his/her duty to defend it to the best of his/her ability.
You believe that America is a beacon of freedom and are NOT ashamed to call it the greatest country in the world.
You -- whatever political party or faction (as Washington called them) you may adhere to -- are UNAPOLOGETICALLY first, and foremost, American!
You are loyal to America and ONLY America (no divided loyalties)
You likely ARE a birther if youve noticed that Obamas world view is inimical to mainstream America -- as outlined in the above list.
The list is not exhaustive so please feel free to come up with fitting You MIGHT be a birther if slogans.

You might be a terrorist if....
You run around calling patriots ‘birthers.’
I never gave it much credit but when you think about the money he has spent it is really suspicious.
Bump

PING!
Birther ping.
“FREE THE LONG FORM!”
There’s no such thing as a birthers.
We’re CONSTITUTIONALISTS
When the blue dress was tested and verified to be stained with the presidential goulash, all of a sudden , THEY ALL SIMPLY DISAPPEARED.
And it will be the same here, in this instance with Obama's birth certificate. It is only a matter of time before the document will be disclosed to the public, it is a matter of public record. The detractors are "wrong siders" so I call them, because they are on the worong side of history.
When Obama's long form is disclosed to the public, the wrong siders will simply dissappear, POOF!Just like they did with the blue dress issue after crucifying Lewinski and every one who ever delivered her pizza. They will retire to their little closets awaiting the next constitutional crisis, before they again sally forth to again defame anyone who insists that the constitution means what it says.
Wrong Siders. They live in the crack of the cosmic A$$.
They don't get it!
It's NOT about Obama -- per say -- it's about our Constitution... Our constitution that O-bammy and company believe is fundamentally "flawed."
Fine, there's a proper way to change it:
NOT by ignoring what "we" disagree with, but rather, through the amendment process.
