MAJ. GEN. ROBERT SCALES (RET.) "This was a deliberate act of execution."
The logical conclusion to political correctness.
Exchange of gunfire, but I'll go with another shooter causing 43 causalities.
Unlike Shep Smith who won't say it until he gets confirmation. Watch next week, Shep will be throwing "rumors" around again.
Now, Smith has a cousin on - "he's a good American." Barf.
Is the DUmp celebrating and handing out candy? I can’t bring myself to look.
Actually, seriously: If Hitler had the prescience to declare Nazism a religion, we’d never have won.
Yeah, but left wing special interest groups are a protected class. Muslims are a democrat voting block. Therefore, we're suppose to consider Islamic terrorism an "inconvenience" (John Kerry) or a "Man made disaster."(Barrack Hussain Oboma)
HOW did this happen? How did he get the weaponry and ammunition?!
Now his cousin Nadar Hasan is saying he was a good American but he "has always been a Muslim" and that he had recently experienced some "harrassment" in the military.
I was thinking it had to be something like that. Too many were shot and didn't react. How utterly awful. It almost feels like 9/11.
His cousin on Fox confirms a born Muslime, raised in the fertile crescent of North Viginia, also the SheSheperd allowed the cousin to ramble on about the horrors America has inflicted on the middle east..Another colonel who served in the area with him confirmed the shooters contempt and multiple confrontations with other officers who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
At some time one has to distinguish between legitimate religions and cults.
Hedgecock is reporting that DU is denying this is terrorism...of course DU denied the Beirut bombing of the Marine barracks was terrorism...”F” DU!
.
- “Nadar Hasan” - cousin of Major Nidal Malik Husan:
“We (family) were shocked!”
- “He was always a Muslim!” (I was wrong - trusted MSM)
- “Did not like to go to the gunrange”
- “He was a good American!”
— phonecall to Shep on FNC
shepherd smith was just talking to the shooters cousin and he said his cousin was not a convert,he was always a muslim!
mmm, mmm, mmm. /double-sarc>
Prayers up for the families.
A good suggestion made on Jason Lewis today -- a caller suggested that since this guy is a psychiatrist, with the rank of Major, he may have gotten medical/psychiatric training and had the government pay off the loans in return for a stint in the military. So we don't yet know for sure just *how long* he has been in the armed forces.
Oh -- and how long did it take for the press and the Dems to dig up Joe the Plumber's life story, when they wanted *that*? Surely the government has more information about a major in the Army at its fingertips, than this.
Makes one wonder even more, it does.
Here's their thread........
....."How bad must it be for the military, when an Army psychiatrist goes on a killing spree? I can't help but wonder what this says about the Army's internal psychology and stress level."
Replies to this thread:
These wars are insanity - unfortunately it's not the deciders who suffer.
Or their offspring...
Mental Health Professionals are people, too!
How bad must it be for the military, when an Army psychiatrist goes on a killing spree?
Then again, YOU try to counsel those who have seen unimaginable atrocities
really? psychiatrist's have a high level of suicide to begin with..
WWII vets served and went home. We keep sending our soldiers back.
All true!
my brother inlaw has told me many stories
They're blaming our military rather than a radical Islamist terrorist.
His cousin called in to Shepard Smith and said "he's always been a Muslim". Shep, of course, apologized for having to ask the question.
The other two "suspects" have been released, by the way. They may have been innocent bystanders.
If Islam is inherently a political ideology that’s antithetical to American culture, then how is it that I know a practicing Muslim who is also a libertarian? And yes, I’ve had political debates with him and since I’m a conservative rather than a libertarian, I have a pretty good grasp that he’s the real thing. Please note that I do not doubt that there are Muslims for whom their religion is a political ideology, but there are also Muslims for whom that is not true and entire sects like the Suffis who not only aren’t trying to take over the world but they are harassed by the radicals you are concerned about.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think Islam is correct and I have serious issues with the life lived by Muhammed. But I also don’t think the Mormons are correct and have serious issues with the life lived by the founders of their religion. And don’t forget that militant atheists and opponents of Christianity raise quite similar sounding arguments by pointing to the crimes committed in the name of Christianity throughout the centuries (e.g., read an account of the Rape of Constantinope sometime, not by Turks but by Crusaders) as well as passages of the Bible that grate on modern sensibilities to defend the persecution of Christians. But that’s the whole point of protecting religious freedom and free speech, that other people don’t have to give you approval to practice your faith and don’t have to like it.
By all means persecute the guilty and by all means be alert and on guard but advocating the persecution of people who are not gulity of anything other than a thought crime is exactly what conservatives normally criticize the left for doing.
Anyone remember what the psych majors in college were like?
I do.
Yes, I've known schizophrenics, too.
The man was in the military since BEFORE 9/11, enlistd right out of high school...born and raised in the USthe south in fact. He has always been a Muslim—at least culturally.
He was harassed by his fellow soldiers for his ethnicity. He was a psychiatrist at Walter Reed and very intimately involved in hearing about the horror stories of soldiers coming back from battle.
