According to your link, they were in uniform, but it’s not clear yet whether they were soldiers. Remembering how wrong everybody was about the Oklahoma City bombing until McVeigh surfaced, maybe it’s best not to jump to conclusions...

this website is reporting his/her daughter is on the base and that the shooters were "A couple soldiers didn't want to go back to Iraq...One shooter was a E-6"

I believe I heard a report that said one of the shooters was an officer with an arabic name. No confirmation as of yet.

NOW the word is out that the Major who did most of the shooting has an “Arabic-sounding name”.

My son is a new soldier at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO I’m sick reading this news.
I’m going to his graduation from OSUT (combined basic combat training and AIT (Military Police) in 3 weeks.

This was an organized attack carried out by several shooters who were apparently soldiers. Question is were they sleepers (al Quaeda) who joined the military so they could launch an attack at a designated time and are there other military bases that could come under a similar attack in the near future?
