Al Gore has been advocating for climate change for 30 years and the former vice president says he is more than willing to put his "money where his mouth is" and invest in green companies.
In an interview on "Good Morning America" this morning the climate change guru commented on a quote from a story in Tuesday's New York Times which referred to Gore as the first "carbon billionaire," and said he was profiting from policies he supports.
Gore said the comment was from a "denier" and "certainly not true."
"I am proud to put my money where my mouth is for the past 30 years," Gore told Diane Sawyer.

He’s essentially running a scan. He “invests” then uses his political influence to pass legislation that will make his investments pay off. He’s crooked as the day is long — but just a regular politician.
What about his house that uses 12 times the amount of energy that an “average” house uses,
and this figure doesn’t count his “off-grid” generated power from his solar panels.
He really puts “other” peoples money where his mouth is.
