Former U.S. President Bill Clinton said on Monday he would have preferred to leave the White House in a coffin because he loved being commander in chief, but signaled his political life is over.
"It's good that we have a (term) limit. Otherwise I would have stayed until I was carried away in a coffin. Or defeated in an election," Clinton said at a conference in Istanbul. "I loved doing the job."

You could have tried harder!
Favre was offered the postion, and he is mulling it over...
Or impeached again...
That picture is one of the funniest of the year.
Good job.
I’ll be leaving my job in a coffin because I’ll have to work till I’m 90 to pay for all the Dem’s Marxist programs.
WH0RE in CHIEF.
LLS
After China Gate it would have been quite appropriate.
“It’s good that we have a (term) limit”.....
No shit, Bubba!!!
I am going to self-delete my comment before I get in trouble.
Knew a guy years back that met him. He described his handshake as, “he handed me a fish”.
It’s been over a decade, and I still haven’t gotten to use that line.
BJs in the mornin, BJs in the afternoon, BJs in the night too.
Even on Easter Sunday right after Church.
Oh he surely did love his job.
And can we please just quit screwing around and establish these same limits on the house and senate!
Joe Binden - 36 years in the senate and now he’s VP. These people need to get a life, By law!
LOL!!!
Re-electing the Clinton Co-presidency in 2008 was an unconstitutional bid. Hillary had already served in the White House in an un-elected capacity. Bill was to also sit in on meetings with President Hillary.
When did he ever do anything but pose for photo ops, make secret deals under the table, raise campaign cash, and feel up the interns? I guess if that's how he defined his "job," it was a pretty nice gig.
Billy Jeff Clinton--clueless as ever.
The sad thing is, I’d take Bill back in a heartbeat if it gets the Kenyan Usurper out of the White House.
... strange world ...
Isn't that a line from the song "Sugartime" by the McGuire sisters?
I’ll bet Her Heinous wishes he had left in a coffin, too.
