CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - In a final campaign swing on behalf of the only governor seeking re-election this fall, President Barack Obama on Sunday pitched Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine's bid as a key component for the White House to make good on its political promises.
"He's one of the best partners I have in the White House. We work together," Obama said. "We know our work is far from over."
An energized Obama told 3,500 people at a rally in Camden that they need to work hard to give Corzine another term in office so he can work with Washington to help repair a brittle economy. A Corzine loss would be seen as a political embarrassment for the White House.

Whatcha gonna do?
“An energized Obama told 3,500 people at a rally in Camden”
Bused in union thugs and ACORN workers.
NJ ping
The vote counters in NJ already have their trunks loaded with Corzine checked ballots.
Not a chance of a fair election in that state.
Corzine can help repair a brittle economy? what’s the matter, destroying NJ isn’t enough for Corzine?
Uh oh...
Do you think the fix is in?
But then again, we all thought the fix was in with the Olympics.
Obama continues to amaze me on a daily basis. He is the most devious and most stupid man all at the same time.
I’m thinking he made this comment without the help of his teleprompter.
Explains why he refused to give up his BlackBerry. He needs a 24/7 connection to Soros, his puppetmaster!
So on Weednsday after Corzine losses will they insist that Obama never said this?
Follow the money! What did the trip cost? Who paid for the trip?
So, umm, the message is, Mr. President, that if he wins the election, you'll promise to keep him out of New Jersey? Or is this a metaphorical White House that spans the entire eastern seaboard? Or are you just talking without the TPOTUS and did your normal gaff that would have gotten any Republican crucified by the media?
..you got that Jersey?
It’s NEW Jersey and yes, we’ve got it.
Well, the voters have their trunks loaded with their personal possessions. If Corzine wins, they will leave for sother states immediately.
I wonder he’s never stumped in Monmouth County? Could it be we traditionally land Republican? Hmmmm.
Monmouth County unfortunately voted for Clinton in 1996 and Gore in 2000, but came back to its senses in 2004 and 2008.
..don’t be offended Fudd—I’ve heard people from NJ call it Jersey
Shaking my head & thinking nightmares do come true.
You’re right, they do. I just hate it for some reason. I don’t know why, I didn’t grow up here. Maybe I associate it with the word “joysey” which makes my teeth hurt.
Lonegan is urging all NJ citizens to vote for Christie to send a message to blue dog Democrats.
..anyway we all pray for New Jersey tomorrow—dump Corzine!
