Vanity | Oct 31, 2009 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 10/31/2009 11:53:06 AM PDT by Jim Robinson

Lots of organizations, groups, politicians, etc, are trying to take credit for knocking out the RINO in this race, but the real credit goes to the millions of grassroots conservatives all across this great land who have loudly declared they are fed up and are not going to take it anymore!!

The grassroots conservative Tea Party Rebellion wins a big one!!

Congratulations to everyone in the movement!!

Keep making those calls, writing those letters, attending those Tea Parties and loudly voicing your desire for constitutionally limited government and FREEDOM!!

We CAN change it back!!

When the people fear the government, we have tyranny. When the government fears the people, we have LIBERTY!!

DONT TREAD ON ME!!

Rebellion is brewing!!

Keep your powder dry.

she did not release her supporters to Hoffman.

she just “released them to their conscience”.

Dear Matchett,

I agree totally with Rush about the anger in the country. What I see is that Conservatives passed the “worry” phase already. They are contemplating what to do about 0b0z0’s Marxists seizing every aspect of our lives and freedoms.

Conservatives now are recognizing signs of a dictatorship in-progress, something that one doesn’t recognize unless they have first hand experience of it.

On 9/12 TP in DC, I shared with some of you my knowledge about the body language of “subjects” who live under dictatorships. Their fear of making a “slight” mistake while speaking in public or just afraid to take the wrong step that may offend somebody “high up” is evident.

Case in point, when Neil Cavuto interviewed Henderson, the new GM president, who answered Neil’s question about government interference in Henderson’s decisions of how to run GM, what type of cars to manufacture, etc. and how to handle bureaucratic decisions affecting the automotive business. Henderson lowered his eyes and sheepishly complimented the government for their taking over and preventing GM from bankruptcy!

It was nothing less than shocking to me. I was so alarmed and convinced that we were at the very quick beginning of a quick Communist take over.

Well, I posted my opinion on that infamous weekend when 0b0z0 fired the GM president. I said that we just crossed the line from Socialism to Marxism/Fascism.

Many FReepers showed their disapproval of, but not their alarm regarding the said firing.

Rush is absolutely right. He doesn’t need to experience dictatorship to recognize one.

We’re trying to get ourselves out of this predicament, caused by misguided RINOs and “Independents.” I’m afraid the quickest answer to nullify 0b0z0’s bills, Copenhagen disaster, executive orders, etc. would be his eligibility as POTUS.

The courts WILL NOT doing because of the threat of far-left coalition riots. I say, have courage and bring it on. The country is in dire need of a thorough clean up.

Absolutely correct, Jim! Thanks for being on the front lines and providing a place for your troops to congregate.

I said that we just crossed the line from Socialism to Marxism Communism/Fascism.

And you were 100% right in your response. Many were not ready, or willing, to admit it at that point in time. I wonder what they think now?

The courts WILL NOT do it because of the threat of far-left (and/or communist, terrorist, anarchist, rascist) coalition riots.

Just EXACTLY RIGHT!!! Again, this is something many do not want to believe or face up to at this time.

Kristinn posted this a bit over one year ago:
A McCain "Win" Will Be Theft, Resistance Is Planned (By Ally of Obama's Code Pink Bundler)

I'm going to go back and read the responses again to see if anyone took the article seriously.
Here is another article posted about the same time with the same basic premise:
The Obama/ACORN/Gallup/MSM Kenyan 2-Step Campaign Strategy

Thanks for the old posts, Justa.

A couple of things to learn from the left:

One, any BS or attempted intimidation of voters (can you say Black Panthers?) will have to be physically challenged and 911 dialed to haul the bastards to jail.

Two, we may have to show up in DC en masse for a prolonged demonstration to convey a message to 0b0z0, Pelosi and Reid. We’ll be representing the majority of Americans who don’t want any part of 0b0z0’s take over agenda.

0b0z0 who’s afraid of making a decision on Afghanistan is already scared to death of his “friendly” base. He’ll pay attention to the crowds opposing his agenda and demanding to see his paper trail, all of it!

Blocking DC will get the attention of the world and shutting it down will give him a thin-skin rash, a new and improved psychological disease.

You are so right Jim!

Just this morning I got a call from the John Boehner committee asking for a donation to help him with his goal to un-seat Nancy and become Speaker of the House. The first question I asked the caller was how was John Boehner going to do that until the Republicans took control of the House?

The caller then said that was their goal and that they need donations to support Republican House candidates. I then told him they would not receive a penny from me because John Boehner never called out the Republicans who voted with the DEMS for Cap&Trade, and because they back the likes of Dede Scozzafava over Doug Hoffman! I proceeded to tell him my support only goes to individual constitutional conservatives, not RINO’s! Had great fun this morning!

Then James and I went to a breakfast meeting with our local 9/12 group. We had about 30 there and I met two new FL Freepers! About six from the 9/12 group were making plans to come to Orlando on the 12th. They are also getting the word out for a caravan to drive over from St.Pete. Needless to say, you and the Tea Party Express are going to receive a huge Florida welcome in Orlando! :)

That's telling them, Jean.

I'd say that most republicans feel the same way.

The GOP has been NEWT-ered way too long!

First and foremost, he came out of the party system..that system is changing..and some people have a hard time with change...until they are absolutely forced to deal with it.

Leaders lead, others have a hard time changing their ways.

Newt came to a fork in the road and took the left fork. Most others took the right fork. He found himself alone on the road to oblivion. The best he can do now, is get back in the pack. He has lost his ability to be a leader.

Could not agree more! And, yes I can say BLACK PANTHERS!

Two, we may have to show up in DC en masse for a prolonged demonstration...

Again I agree but think it highly unlikely anytime soon. As you know, I was shocked -- thrilled but shocked -- at the turnout on 9-12. I do not see that many and/or more doing it again especially for a prolonged period of time. Too busy working to buying stuff and feed the beast, aka the federal government.

IOW she wants left wing liberals to go left.

Of course she does, but this is the whole crux of the "expel the RINOs/can the GOP be revived" question.

There are two assumptions made by pro-GOP people here, both of which may be wrong.

The first is that the 40% of the population that self-identify as conservatives are all potential Republican voters. They are not. A very large fraction of them hate and fear Republicans, and in their towns and homesteads the local GOP leaders are their economic and social enemies. The second is that the number of RINOs to be expelled is an insignificant fraction of the existing GOP vote. This is also probably incorrect.

I actually do believe that a conservative governing majority can be put together. It's just that the existence of the Republican Party, in many areas of the country, is retarding the process.

“First and foremost, he came out of the party system..that system is changing..and some people have a hard time with change...until they are absolutely forced to deal with it.”

Yes, Newt did come from the party system, but that was the “Reagan party system” when Newt KNEW it was popular to talk like a real conservative.

In my opinion, Newt is and always has been out for Newt. He will “go with the flow” and give up the founding principals of the conservative movement if he sees it will help him if he is “more moderate” or “reaches across the isle” to the Socialists.

I still have that picture of Newt all cozy on the couch with Nancy 'Polutesy' talking about how serious the Global Warming problem is and how we MUST do something about it! That did it for me and Newt is shown himself to be nothing but a RINO!
