A California judge has dismissed a complaint challenging President Obama's eligibility to be president citing the "birth certificate from the state of Hawaii" that apparently refers to an Internet image of a "Certification of Live Birth" released during Obama's campaign.
The ruling came this morning from Judge David Carter who as WND reported last night apparently recently hired a law clerk out of the law firm that has been paid nearly $1.7 million to defend Obama from such eligibility challenges.
A Wikipedia page has been cited by dozens of bloggers after it listed Siddarth Velamoor as one of the newest law clerks for Carter who today released his ruling dismissing the complaint in the Barnett v. Obama case in the Central District, Southern Division Court in Santa Ana, Calif.
Velamoor is also listed in the Martindale lawyer database as an associate of international law firm Perkins Coie, the same law firm of Robert Bauer top lawyer for Obama, Obama's presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee and Obama's Organizing for America and the same Washington, D.C., lawyer who defended President Obama in lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be president.

...the fix is in....
Maybe a better advocate, attorney and frontperson other than Orly Taitz would help. She is radioactive.

No, not figuratively. Literally. We are witness to a coup, and the democratic process in this country is dead. The country is being dismantled before our very eyes, and there is no longer any means for redress of grievances. Tea parties that turn out millions, overflowing town hall meetings with representatives, petitions, lawsuits; all are ignored. It is well past the time for protest, as every form of protest is ignored. It is time for action.

Screwed once again by a liberal leftie judge. It makes no difference whether Judge Carter was an ex-marine or not. Left-wing socialism is a cult religion and will always run deeper than blood, race, or any normal religion. The good guys are screwed again & again by the frikkin rat bastard 0bozo and the fanatics who will go to any lengths to protect this commie pig bastard usurper 0bozo. A military coup is the only way we will ever see the removal of this corrupt thug POS.

This is the second time a judge has referred the internet image as ‘proof’.
Does anyone care that they are setting a dangerous precident of what can be accepted as proof in other cases? Or is all that matters is the precious Zero is protected?
I have officially given up hope for this country.

How could this happen? I am thinking that this is a conspiracy too. It's the vast Obama network. What is scary is that FNC and Ann Coulter appear to be in on it too, or scared of Obama. And talk radio conservatives too. Fortunately there a few of us 'true' conservatives that believe in the constitution here so we can sympathize with each other, after every lost court case.

He bent over and asked “How Wide”?
Thank you Judge Carter, you have screwed your country well.

Carter -
There may very well be a legitimate role for the judiciary to interpret whether the natural born citizen requirement has been satisfied in the case of a presidential candidate who has not already won the election and taken office. However, on the day that President Obama took the presidential oath and was sworn in, he became president of the United States. Any removal of him from the presidency must be accomplished through the Constitutions mechanisms for the removal of a president, either through impeachment or the succession process set forth in the Twenty-Fifth Amendment. And the argument we heard before the usurper was in office was you couldn't sue Obama since he was not president yet and only running for office. A complete end run around the Constitution.

“Im sure folks would like to know all about the doctor and perhaps make a shrine at the hospital”. Good point. Since being in office he has been named man of the year and won the nobel peace prize. How come the lib media hasn’t started on a shrine at his birthplace? It could be a national treasure ahead of it’s time. Hell, I am willing to start a drive to contruct a shrine to his obamaness. I am personally donating the “change” left in my pocket to start the drive. Just tell me what country it is to be located and provide real proof.

BS.
To: trumandogz
The case was tossed on a lack of jurisdiction.
Not lack of proof.
However, Taitz DID screw up. Had she filed a day earlier, Judge Carter would have had a different set of circumstances to consider. Because of in-fighting between Kreep and Taitz, the filing was delayed until AFTER the swearing-in ceremony.
Judge Carter DID throw us some bones. Prior to the swearing-in ceremony, his opinion was that Alan Keyes DID have standing. This opens the door to another court challenge, once Obama declares himself a candidate for 2012.

another court challenge, once Obama declares himself a candidate for 2012. There should be array of court challenges against Obama if he decides to run for 2012; not only sue him, sue the states to verify his Constitutional credentials to keep his butt off the ballots. Many states neglected to enforce their own laws. We should be well ready for him. He's not going to be able to skate through the next time.
To: Red Steel
It appears from this decision you need some super damning evidence the House can’t refuse.

...if you can fake/fraud your way to the swearing in ceremony you win....
If you have a compliant Congress, yes. Which you have if you're Barry. Even under much better circumstances, though, impeachment of a president is tough, tough, tough. They had Clinton dead to rights, and he survived the trial. Andrew Johnson was impeached by an exceedingly hostile radical Republican Congress, and even they fell short of conviction.
