You’re standing in your kitchen making coffee. You are naked, but no one else is home. It’s early in the morning and you are in the privacy of your own home. All right, so maybe you’re a little bit odd, and maybe not everyone makes coffee naked. But your house, your rules, right?
That’s probably what Virginia resident Eric Williamson was thinking last Monday morning as he made himself coffee while dressed in nothing but his birthday suit. Unfortunately for Williamson, he wasn’t quite as alone as he thought. Walking through his yard were a woman and her seven-year-old son, on their way to the son’s school. The woman — a wife of a police officer – saw Williamson’s naked torso through his window and called the cops. Williamson was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
There are some disputed accounts of this story. It is unclear precisely what time of the morning it happened and whether or not the man moved to another window as the mother and child walked across the lawn in order to remain in their range of vision.What’s not in dispute here is that the man was in his own home and the mother and kid were on his property, walking across his grass.....

You did. And your tossing out that she was married to a LEO and then saying that didn't matter loses all credibility based on your history.
You wouldn’t know credibility if it bit your ample ass. I’ve been very consistent in my attitude toward this issue, and it has very little if anything to do with who the woman is married to, as I’ve explained repeatedly. Good day.

The reason I asked you is that you are posting as if you either know the woman or have information about the case that no one else has. Again, it’s pretty clear cut: She trespassed on someone else’s property and saw someone in his own house through his windows. She is absolutely in the wrong here.
Just posting the other side of the story was reported in other NEWS articles.

The fact that she’s married to a LEO is a valid point. You have to wonder, if any other woman had called, would the police dept. have bothered to push the issue so far? She and her husband must have some influence there and are pushing the issue.
I’ve lived in several different places including a city, smaller towns, and places with low and high rates of crime. It has been my experience that, generally, the police don’t want to be bothered. They just want to file a report and then forget about it. And I’ve had to call for REAL crimes - the last one involved me being threatened by a man on the street following an argument. The police response was: Oh, well, you shouldn’t have argued with the man. (Actually, I have reason to believe the guy himself was a cop, and they were covering for him, but I digress.) Typically, any woman who would call and report that she’d caught sight of a man in his own home when she was walking through his property would be laughed at.
She probably got their attention because her husband is a cop. Either that is what’s driving this case, or there’s nothing else for the police to do in that town. ;-)

I just watched another video on this story. I've never seen anything like the attention the police are giving to this case. There are real-life sex offenders who really have done horrible things to young children living in my township. We're not allowed to post information about them or go door-to-door telling people about them, etc. Yet, the police in this case are sending children home with flyers, etc., trying to build a case against this guy. Unbelievable.
