Glenn is right about Doctor’s offices.
Most of the work is paperwork. Maybe a 1/4 is dealing with patients even if you are an assistant.

My Son-in-law, a Canadian, after being diagnosed with a gallbladder needing to be removed, had to wait 6 months for surgery. He saw the problem first hand.
He said many come HERE to have surgeries because they don’t have to wait in pain or take chances things get worse while waiting.

Up until last August I had never been to a Doctor's office.
Gees! What a paperwork mess that was! I had no idea! More people taking care of paperwork than Docters and Nurses!

We have been trying to sale our house for 3 years.
Hasn’t happened because of the fore-closers and the short sales (people selling their homes at lower value then they owe which forces the banks to take the lower price or fore-close.)

That’s depressing. We want to sell ours in about 2 years.
I sure hope the market cames back before I die here.

That is exactly why a lot of Drs. offices around here are allowing hospitals to take over their practice (the dr. will in turn work for the hospital) so they do not need all the staffing for billing and such.
